USING THE MOODLE SYSTEM IN STUDYING THE DISCIPLINE “SELF-DEFENSE” [№ 1 ' 2019]
The effectiveness of the educational process and its effectiveness is due to many factors, including the use of modern forms of education in the educational space. The use of Moodle e-learning technologies allows to solve the problems of the formation of creative thinking, ensures the development of the student’s initiative and independence, allows you to apply the knowledge gained in the learning process in solving practical problems.
Currently, to study the theoretical section of the discipline “Self-defense, its legal foundations and methods of its application” only lecture classes and preparation of essays are used. Our testing of students showed a low level of knowledge gained as a result of the application of these forms of education. In search of a solution to the existing problem, we developed a training course in the Moodle e-learning system in the educational process of the “self-defense” discipline, and tested its effectiveness. As a result of the experimental work, we found that the use of the program developed by us in the Moodle system for the academic discipline “Self-defense, its legal foundations and methods of its application” allows increasing motivation, reaching the level of conscious attitude of students to this type of activity in the system of students’ professional training.
Thus, the use of the training course developed by us in the Moodle system significantly improved the level of theoretical preparedness in studying this discipline. The implementation by students of methodological and practical tasks of the training course, contributed to the stabilization of interest and practical exercises. Thanks to electronic distance learning, students were able to independently obtain the necessary knowledge using the most attractive resources, which allows you to make the learning process more intensive.

ECOLOGICAL TOURISM AS MILITARY-PATRIOTIC EDUCATION OF STUDENTS [№ 1 ' 2018]
Today, one of the most important and urgent tasks of the modern university is the problem of patriotic education of students and careful treatment of the nature of their homeland. Recently, tourism has become popular among young people. Tourism — this is one of the means of patriotic education. One of the popular tourism destinations is ecological tourism, whose tasks are to counteract the negative impact on nature; to popularize leisure on fresh air and to conduct a healthy way of life; to study the culture of the native land — to visit places of military battles, memorials, museums of history and local history; to support environmental activities, which is an integral part of the patriotic education of youth. The analysis of the possibility of ecological military-patriotic tourism in the territory of the Caucasus and Teberda state natural biosphere reserves, the national park “Elbrus” in the Caucasus. With ecological military-patriotic tourism, the state of natural resources of this region is studied; preservation, propagation and dissemination of environmental and military-historical knowledge, taking into account modern information and innovative technologies; preservation and restoration of all types and names of monuments of military history; uniting and coordinating the activities of organizations and individuals engaged in the study of military history, or contributing to the expansion of military historical knowledge; participation in the conduct of military archaeological excavations in the fields of the former battles, in the places of the most important historical events; actions promoting veterans and honoring the memory of heroes. As a result of the passage of routes under ecological military-patriotic tourism, natural-scientific and historical knowledge will be obtained, certain orienteering skills, survival skills in field conditions will be acquired. Special attention should be paid to the issues of mining training, which, undoubtedly, will be useful in the future when passing service in the Armed Forces of Russia.

GENERAL PHYSICAL TRAINING WHEN TRAINING SHOOTING STUDENTS [№ 2 ' 2017]

Complexes of these exercises are made with taking into account the impact on different muscle groups. The next group of assets constitute some cyclic kinds of sports: swimming, running, walking, skiing, skating. By means of general physical training and sports are: volleyball, badminton, basketball, handball, football, tennis. To develop strength endurance arrow advisable to use complexes of isometric exercises. Classes can be conducted by the method of circuit training. The overall physical fitness necessary to include complexes shooters breathing exercises that are aimed at improving the work of the respiratory muscles, increase lung capacity and ventilation. Special physical preparation arrow promotes more rapid acquisition and development of specific motor skills.

PROBLEMS OF FORMATION OF CULTURE HEALTH OF STUDENTS IN THE LEARNING PROCESS IN HIGH SCHOOL [№ 10 ' 2016]
High demands of society to the level of health graduates and unfounded in practice, the content of education and the process of formation of culture of health of students identified the importance of our research. The main condition for human self-realization in any field of activity is the necessary level of organization of his psychosomatic, since virtually all aspects of human life are determined by the level of health. An analysis of questionnaire data revealed the attitude of students to the values of health and the level of development of physical culture of the person. These results allow us to determine: the competence of students in matters of physical culture, motivation and the degree of responsibility for their health. Dependence Liability studying the health of his self-esteem necessitates the formation among the students conscious attitude towards their health, to the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. This requires the development of a comprehensive high school program, which is based on inherent value-semantic attitude of students towards a healthy lifestyle through a variety of means of athletic activity for the formation of a culture of health, psycho-physical training and self-study to the future professional activity.

TO THE QUESTION OF INDIVIDUAL NEEDS IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITY [№ 1 ' 2016]
In our computerized society, the share of occupations mental nature prevails over the professions associated with physical labor. As a result, people were more likely to carry diseases associated with stationary or sedentary lifestyle. In order to rectify the situation and improve modern society has conducted numerous programmes to promote the practice of physical education and sport, numerous sports and recreational facilities, increases the popularity of the sport. But most programs are designed for students. Programs to maintain health it is of the adult population is not sufficiently developed, and projected results of programs implemented under an hour do not justify expectations. In the article, questioning, pedagogical observation, and gives the theoretical analysis of the problem on the practical justification for physical activity for students and adults. The indexes of personal interest, the adoption of value attitudes of a person on a healthy lifestyle, used in the system of continuous education with the aim of improving physical education, preservation and strengthening of health. First of all, this installation on the management of the health condition, maintaining it at a high level throughout life. Thus, the results of the study showed that the presence of sports uniforms is a much larger place in the ranking of values. Many people do not associate physical activity with professional activity, i.e. do not understand the importance of physical activity for their health, classes had not yet become her personal value, and are not reflected in their way of life. The need for physical education due to the need for movement and the desire to improve one's health. The factors the motives influencing the interest in physical culture, defines the purpose of physical training and sports, sports and the frequency of participation in sports, but also a positive attitude to physical culture lessons.
