PHYSICAL SELF-EDUCATION AND SELF-IMPROVEMENT OF STUDENTS WITH VISUAL IMPAIRMENT [№ 4 ' 2017]
Health is the most important quality is the premise of self-realization of the younger generation and their active and long life, ability to reproduce, to educational and professional work, to social and political activism. Many people define health as a value and put it in the first place in a personal hierarchy of values, however, do not take specific action towards its conservation and enhancement. But maintaining an appropriate level of health is an important life skill of the person throughout life journey. The health of the younger generation in the process of learning is affected by many factors. But, it is subjective factors that characterize their way of life and have a direct impact on health. The state of health of the younger generation is complicated by the presence of major and southst of existing diseases. Given this, the article identifies the need to promote physical self-education and self-improvement of students with visual impairment to maintain and promote health. It is very important that each student understand the importance of physical self-education and self-improvement for your health, and for the formation of physical culture personality. The study revealed that about half of first-year students have a visual impairment, some of whom do not know their diagnosis, and therefore, the possible consequences of the disease. Those who do not know their diagnosis are not engaged in physical culture on their own, which does not allow to fully implement the process for the preservation and strengthening of health. The achievement of physical self-education and self-improvement is possible thanks to: theoretical classes on the topics of significance of physical culture for people with visual impairment; drawing up a personal plan of physical self and its implementation; keeping a diary of self-control. Performing the proposed work of the student with visual impairment develop skills of self-control, self-knowledge, introspection, self-correction, etc., and accordingly there will be a process of preserving and strengthening health.

METHODOLOGY SELF-STUDY OF STUDENTS OF UNIVERSITIES WITH FITBALL [№ 1 ' 2016]
Actualized the problem of formation of healthy lifestyle of student youth by means of independent physical training with balance balls. Research in this area has not previously been conducted. Systematic, in accordance with gender, age, health, lifestyle, biological rhythms independent study physical education is an essential element of a healthy lifestyle. The purpose of independent work (physical maintenance at a certain level, the increase achieved level or manifestation of the significant achievements) determines the mode of practice. For independent practice students recommended exercises on the fitball. The benefits of using the fitball: the capability of students with health disorders; a positive effect on all functional systems of the organism; the development of physical skills; the ability to form correct posture; development of stress tolerance. Rational organization of self-study students with the fitball will contribute to the positive dynamics of all body systems, achieving optimal health, improve physical abilities and overall health maintenance.

SOME ASPECTS OF ORGANIZATION AND METHODOLOGY OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION MINUTES WITH OBJECTS [№ 2 ' 2015]
The younger generation spends a lot of time for, at the Desk in the classroom and in the preparation of home assignments. To ensure the rational organization of mental labour, it is important to know the features work, its influence on the human organism. Know the physiological basis of changing activities. And nothing will be able to restore the health of the student, on a theoretical exercise, as exercise selected and designed in accordance with the requirements for the physical moments. The relevance of the article is determined by the need for fizkultura, understanding the importance of changing activities teachers of theoretical subjects and students. Thus arose the need for physical fitness minutes with items to increase interest in their implementation and to simultaneously enhance the emotional background when performing exercises. It is very important that everyone understands the importance of changing activities for personal health and the health of your body. Developed a set of exercises with objects can and should be applied at home when preparing homework. As practice has shown the implementation of physical education minutes with objects increases emotional mood in the classroom. Students gladly perform exercises with objects. A set of exercises with the ball, when performing sports moments, is a good visual gymnastics, as the entire complex is observed trace function of the eye.

FEATURES OF ESTIMATION OF PHYSICAL READINESS BEING TRAINED SPECIAL MEDICAL GROUP IN THE COURSE OF OCCUPATIONS OF AN IMPROVING ORIENTATION [№ 2 ' 2014]
At estimation of physical readiness visually impaired being trained specialmedical groups need of continuity of secondary general and higher education is defined. Mental and physical features of this category of children and youth are opened. The offered control exercises (tests) developed taking into account indications and contraindications for people of having violation of sight, have advisory nature.
