The content of the elements of the motivational mechanism is opened: subjects, objects, objectives, principles, methods, tools and resources. The сlassification of methods of the motivational mechanism on different grounds is presented. On the basis of the marked-out features of development of the enterprise at various stages of process of self-organization the essence of methods and tools of the mechanism of motivation is opened.

FORECASTING OF ADHESIVE WEAR OF FACE MILLS [№ 10 ' 2004] Physical-probabilistic model of adhesive wear process of cutter during operations of face milling are regarded in this article. There is offered calculation meaning of face mills durability according to criteria of maximum permissible wear of cutter back surface for different combinations of processed and instrumental materials according to cutting regimes. The experimental checking of this model was realized.
