ANALYSIS OF CHANGES IN THE ABERRATIONS OF THE OPTICAL SYSTEM OF THE EYE AFTER FEMTOSECOND INTRASTROMAL RING IMPLANTATION OF THE MYORING IN PATIENTS WITH HIGH MYOPIA IN COMBINATION WITH A THIN THICKNESS OF THE CORNEA [№ 12 ' 2015]
Analysis of changes in the aberrations of the optical system of the eye after femtosecond intrastromal Myoring implantation in patients with high myopia in combination with a thin thickness of the cornea. Femtosecond intrastromal Myoring implantation was performed in 43šeyes (of 24špatients) with an age fromš24 to 45šyears (mean of 34.5š±š3šyears) with high myopia in combination with a thin cornea thickness. Corneal aberrometry was studied on aberrometer (Visionix L80 WAVE+, Israel) before and 3šmonths after femtosecond intrastromal Myoring implantation. The value of the spherical component of the refraction was fromš–9.25 toš–17.5šdiopters (average 13.4š±š1.4šdiopters), cylindrical fromš–1.0 toš–4.0šdiopters (average 2.5š±š1.2šd). The minimum value of pachymetry in the centre ranged fromš430 to 498šμm (average of 464šμmš± 20šμm). The average keratometry valueš— 44.50šdiopters. The level of higher-order and lower-order aberrations were evaluated. Spherical aberration and Coma aberrations have analyzed from higher-order aberrations. There is analysis of changes in the aberrations of the optical system of the eye after femtosecond intrastromal ring implantation of the MyoRing in patients with high myopia in combination with a thin thickness of the cornea. Uncorrected distance visual acuity (UDVA) has increased in 8štimes after MyoRing implantation, corrected distance visual acuity (CDVA) — in 1.5štimes, spherical component decreased in 8.5štimes, cylindrical — in 2štimes immediately after surgery. UDVA improved from 0.13š±š0.01 3šmonths after surgery, CDVA has not changed. Analysis of the results indicates a high refractive efficiency of this method, the reduction of lower-order aberrations and increasing higher-order aberrations. So, analysis of changes in the aberrations of the optical system of the eye after femtosecond intrastromal Myoring implantation in patients with thin cornea during 3šmonths observation showed a reduction of lower-order aberrations and an increase in higher-order aberrations.

SCREENING STUDY OF PERIPHERAL RETINAL DEGENERATIONS AMONG STUDENTS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF CHELYABINSK [№ 12 ' 2015]
Peripheral retinal degenerations (PRD) are a major cause of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in young, working persons, both in our country and abroad. The need for preventive measures to prevent complications is dictated by the severity of the disease and the difficulty of its diagnosis and treatment, which underlines the relevance of the study. It was conducted screening eye examination of 23š162šuniversity students in Chelyabinsk. The average age was 21šyears old. In 1š992špeople (3š012šeyes) were revealed different clinical forms PRD. The most frequently encountered white frost degeneration, cystoid, lattice and "snail track". Less detected white without depressions and "cobblestones". Lattice degeneration and "snail track" almost equally often met all kinds of clinical refraction of the eye, including emmetropia. There was both unilateral and bilateral retinal damage. In patients with "cobblestones", white with no depressions, cystoid and white frost degenerations in 60–70š% of cases the disease occurred on the background of myopia of high to medium, and often pathological process was bilateral. Thus, by screening younger patients aged 16–25šyears, the risk-shaped peripheral retinal degenerations occurred in 3.2š% of cases in all students and 36.5š% of students with PRD, including lattice degeneration 2.4 and 27.5š% and the "snail track" of 0.8šand 9.0š% respectively. The results determine the high importance of preventive medical examinations with obligatory study of the periphery of the fundus of the eye, regardless of the type of refractive error.

CHOROIDAL BLOOD FLOW IN YOUNG PATIENTS WITH PERIPHERAL RETINAL DEGENERATIONS [№ 12 ' 2014]
Retinal degeneration in the periphery is a major cause of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, resulting in low vision, blindness and disability 2–9š% in young adults [4]. It is enough to examine the nature of hemodynamic disturbances in the ophthalmic artery, central retinal artery and short posterior ciliary arteries in young patients with peripheral retinal degeneration [3]. The speed parameters of choroidal blood flow in patients with risk forms of peripheral vitreohorioretinal dystrophies were studied with the help of an integrated ultrasound examination. The speed characteristics and choroidal blood flow pulsator index were significantly low in the projection hearth of lattice and "snail track" degenerations.

CHANGES IN LOCAL HEMODYNAMICS AS A RISK FACTOR OF FORMATION BILATERAL IDIOPATHIC MACULAR RUPTURE [№ 12 ' 2014]
Examined the state of the local ocular hemodynamics and characteristics of choroidal blood flow in patients with idiopathic macular ruptures. Identification of low speed characteristics of choroidal blood flow and blood flow in the short posterior ciliary arteries as in the eye with the IMR, and the pair "health" of the eye, which can be used to predict the course of the disease.

HISTOMORPHOLOGICAL MONITORING OF REPARATIVE ACTIVITY OF GEL 2-(1'-HYDROXI-4'-ISOPROPENIL-1'-METHYLCYCLOGEXIL-2'-TIO)-METYLETANOAT ON THE CORNEA OF EYES OF RABBITS [№ 4 ' 2013]
Histological preparations of corneas of rabbits under the influence of the 2% and 3% gel of 2-(1'-hydroxy-4'-isopropenyl-1'-methylcyclohexyl-2'-thio)-methylethanoate (sulphur containing terpenoid of mentan series) were studied. It is found that the rate of repair processes in the application of 3% gel of sulphur containing terpenoid of mentan series, compared to the data of the control group was higher. The morphological picture of the corneas of rabbits treated with 3% gel of 2-(1'-hydroxy-4'-isopropenyl-1'-methylcyclohexyl-2'-thio)-methylethanoate is identical to the structure of the normal cornea of rabbits.

CHARACTERISTICS OF EYEBALL VESSELS HAEMODYNAMICS IN PATIENTS WITH EARLY ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION IN COMBINATION WITH HYPERVENTILATION SYNDROME [№ 4 ' 2013]
On the basis of clinical material studies and monitoring of 23 patients with arterial hypertension, characteristics of local haemodynamics in eye and orbit vessels in young patients with early hypertension and retinal angiopathy under alveolar hyperventilation were identified.

VITRECTOMY WITH TEMPORAL PFOC ENDOTAMPONADE WITH SILICON OIL SUBSTITUTION IN POSTOPERATIVE ENDOPHTHALMITIS TREATMENT [№ 4 ' 2013]
Tactics of different ethiology endophthalmitis treatment was worked out. Endophthalmitis developed after different surgical interventions. Treatment is carried out in 2 stages. The first stage is partial vitrectomy without epiretinal exudate and posterior hyaloid membrane removal, temporal endotamponade with perftororganic compound (PFOC) finishes the surgery. In 10-14 days the second stage is carried out — revision of vitreal cavity with epiretinal exudate and posterior hyaloid membrane removal, tamponade with silicone oil for 3 months. Such approach allows to maintain visual functions and carry out surgical intervention in spite of poor intraoperative visualization of eye structures.

óORRECTION OF RESIDUAL AMETROPIA ON EYE WITH ANIRIDIA AFTER ARTIFICIAL IRIS LENS DIAPHRAGM IMPLANTATION. CLINICAL CASE [№ 12 ' 2012]
This clinical example shows possibility of high clinical functional indices of eyesight after hard eye traumas in patients with aniridia, implanted artificial iris lens diaphragm and induced ametropia represented by irregular mixed astigmatism. Use of technology of corneal segments intrastromal implantation with use of femtosecond laser is effective and safe for treatment of this pathology.
