THE FIRST INFORMATION ABOUT THE SPECIES COMPOSITION OF SOIL ALGAE AND CYANOBACTERIA FROM THE MURTYKTY FIELD DEPOSIT OF "BASHKIR GOLD MINING COMPANY" (UCHALINSKII DISTRICT, REPUBLIC OF BASHKORTOSTAN) [№ 10 ' 2015]
The species composition of soil algae and cyanobacteria from the Murktykty field deposit (the Uchalinsky region, the Republic of Bashkortostan) was studied. There were found 38šspecies and intraspecific taxons belonging to 5šdivisions of them: Chlorophytaš— 53š% (20štaxa), Cyanoprokaryotaš— 26š% (10štaxa), Bacillariophytaš— 8š% (3štaxa), Ochrophytaš— 8š% (3štaxa), Charophytaš— 5š% (2štaxa). The taxonomic and ecological structures of algae flora were considered. The leading taxons and the most often found species were revealed. The dominant species: division of Chlorophytaš— Chlorella vulgaris Beijerinck, Bracteacoccus minor (Chodat) Petrova, division of Cyanoprokaryotaš— Leptolyngbya foveolarum (Rabenhorst ex Gomont) of Anagnostidis et KomÂrek and Trichocoleusšcf. hospitus (Hahsgirg ex Gomont) of Anagnostidis. Divisions: Bacillariophyta, Ochrophyta and Charophyta were characterized by a low specific diversity. Hantzschia amphioxys (Ehrenberg) of Grunow in Cleve & Grunow had the highest incidence in the samples from the field from them. The analysis of life forms in decreasing order of number of the species defined the following range of ecobiomorphs: Ch17P9X4B3H3N1C1 with prevalence of the coccoid algaeš— ubiquistic relating to the Ch-form and the xerothytic of representatives of the P-form. The analysis of percentage ratio of the identified species of divisions from the territory of the field was carried out. The greatest specific variety was observed in the test №š6 (control), the lowest was revealed in the test №š5 (boulders of the old dump). Floristic similarity of samples was analyzed by applying Serensena-Czekanovskii coefficient which showed lower level of similarity taxonomic composition of floras. High value of coefficient was in the tests №š1 andš3 (50š%). Low value (9š%) was between test №4 with other tests.

ABOUT THE JUSTIFIABILITY OF THE ELEMENTAL ANALYSIS DATA EXTRAPOLATION OF THE HUMAN HAIR TO THE TOTAL BODY [№ 6 ' 2015]
In recent years, the method of quantitative atomic emission spectrometry of bio-substrates such as human hair has become very popular in determination of person's elemental status. However, in recent publications on the topic questions about the relationship between elemental hair composition and the total body mineral content has been raised and requires special discussion. This article contents an attempt of such discussion. According to atomic emission spectrometry data, concentration values of chemical elements (including but not limited to metals), which are contained in hair, show expressed individual variation. This very fact suggests that the observed shifts may be caused not nearly by 'hypo- or hyperelementosis' but by redistribution of chemical elements mediated by intra- and extracellular regulators of transmembrane mineral traffic which has practically no effect on the total body elemental composition. There are many factors to be considered in determining the most probable causes of quantitative shifts in metal-ligand homeostasis (MLH). Their distinguishing feature is the capacity of activation or deactivation (up to a total block) of ionic channelsš— hydrous pores of transmembrane proteins, which are in charge of metals transfer. Activation of ligand-activated channels may take place due to redox-modification of thiol groups of cysteine in the molecule of proteins-transporters. Among the latter ones is the P-type ATPases superfamily, which ensures the transportation of not just electrogenic (Ca, Na, K) but also heavy metals (Cd, Zn, Pb, Cu, Co). Active oxygen species (AOS) and active nitrogen species (áNS), which are constantly formed in cells, fulfil the function of redox-modifiers of cysteine residues in the molecule of membrane pumps (oxidation with formation of disulphide bonds, S-nitrosylation). Having said this, one cannot exclude that increased production of AOS and áNS (oxidative/nitrosative stress) which may cause further activation of P-type ATPases. Therefore, in the setting of oxidative/nitrosative stress, we may expect quantitative shifts in intracellular concentrations of not just electrogenic but also heavy metals (transfer of the latter is affected by P1B-type-pump from the superfamily of ATPases). Does it mean that hair is not a very "reliable" substrate for MLH evaluation? Answering this question, it is necessary to notice that the problem is not with the substrate but with interpretation of metal-ligand homeostasis' variations in epidermal cells meter mined by spectrometry.

The year cycle of a point of crystallisation of different departments of a body of a bee melliferous is shown in dynamics. Distinction of a point of crystallisation of fabrics of a bee melliferous at Apis mellifera mellifera and Apis mellifera carnica is noted. The given indicator will allow to explain the mechanism of adaptation of bees at physiological level to adverse winter conditions and development of the north of an area.

INFORMATION CULTURE AS A FACTOR OF RISING GRADUATE COMPETITIVENESS [№ 2 ' 2002]
It this article the information culture is considered as one of the important factors to rise the graduate's competitiveness under the conditions of the postindustrial society as a way to improve his professional qualities. Such problem is raised because of today's intensive forming of the information sector in economics, so the information and communication technologies are turning from a technological factor into a unit of modern society.
