Shamrayev A.V., Chirkova E.N., Misetov I.A. BIOTECHNICAL MEASURES TO MAINTAIN THE POPULATION DENSITY OF THE SIBERIAN ROE DEER (CAPREOLUS PYGARGUS) ON THE TERRITORY OF THE ORENBURG REGION [№ 8 ' 2017] Biotechnical measures, or measures to protect and improve animal habitats Wednesday, planned and executed with the purpose of impact on population density and placement on the territory of the Orenburg region of individual species or groups of animals, as well as maintain or increase biodiversity of animals. In modern conditions of optimal density is animals, providing an environmentally and economically acceptable ratio between the different components of natural communities. Factors that characterize the capacity of land for a particular species, are their feed and protective properties, mutual spatial combination of these conditions, as well as the presence of competitors and enemies. Specific impact on the capacity of the land have climate and human activities. The optimal size is determined by: in terms of quality; as winter forage capacity; based on comparative (expert) evaluations. Way to establish the optimum number of quality in terms of the land can be recommended as the primary method of counting numbers. This method gives the most reliable indicators through comprehensive assessment factors Wednesday. Determination of optimum number this way includes the following stages: selecting the types of habitats and their inventory; environmental assessment types of habitats; bonitirovku territory; calculation of the optimum number of species.
Alekhinа G.P., Misetov I.A. INFLUENCE OF ANTHROPOGENIC LOAD ON SOME POPULATION-SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BIVALVE UNIO PICTORUM [№ 10 ' 2015] Large bivalves, benthic invertebrates and higher algae are an important component of self-purification of water bodies, so that changes in the structure of the population, of course, affect the ability of the pond to cleanse itself. The object of the study were freshwater bivalves class Bivalvia, members of the family Unionidae selected from the points differ in the intensity of human impact. Processing of samples was performed by standard techniques, species of mollusks and microorganisms belonging determined using standard determinants. Earlier studies have allowed to define a wide range of individual and population parameters Unio pictorum, analyze the chemical composition of water in the test points and hold the selection and identification of microflora shellfish. In order to identify the most important relationships and dependencies of ecological status of water bodies and population-species characteristics of the bivalve Unio pictorum correlation analysis was performed. The result showed that the factors influencing each mollusc and factors affecting the whole population are not isolated from each other. These pressures at the reservoir primarily affects the individual characteristics mollusk (weight, length, age) and then through the breach microflora clam manifested in the reduction of biomass, population density, i. e. affects the population Unio pictorum in general, all this leads to reduce reservoir capacity for self-purification and water ecosystem destabilization of the middle reaches of the Ural River and its tributaries.
Alekhinа G.P., Misetov I.A. CHARACTERISTICS OF FILTRATION CAPACITY OF FRESHWATER BIVALVE MOLLUSCS OF THE FAMILY UNIONIDAE MIDDLE REACHES OF THE URAL RIVER [№ 10 ' 2013] It is shown that among representatives of fresh-water folding mollusks of Unionidae family the type of Unio pictorum possesses the bigger speed of a filtration which decreases in the conditions of anthropogenous load of a reservoir that affects processes of self-cleaning of fresh-water ecosystems.
Alekhinа G.P., Misetov I.A. IMPACT OF POLLUTANTS OF VARIOUS CHEMICAL NATURE OF THE MICROFLORA OF THE INTERNAL ORGANS OF THE BIVALVE MOLLUSK UNIO PICTORUM [№ 10 ' 2012] It is shown, that with increase of the total pollution of the pond, there is a dependence of the size of the birth of microflora of the mollusc Unio pictorum of metals and nitrite-sulphate pollution.
Alekhinа G.P., Misetov I.A. THE DEPENDENCE OF THE COMPOSITION OF THE MICROFLORA OF THE INTERNAL ORGANS OFTHE BIVALVE MOLLUSC UNIO PICTORUM OF ANTHROPOGENIC LOAD ON THE ORNAMENTAL LAKE [№ 6 ' 2012] It is shown that the fresh-water folding mollusk of Unio pictorum reduces filtrational ability in the conditions of anthropogenous load of a reservoir that affects processes of self-cleaning of fresh-water ecosystems.
Loginovа E.G., Alekhinа G.P., Misetov I.A. THE INFLUENCE OF ABIOTIC AND BIOTIC FACTORS ON THE IMMUNOLOGICAL RESPONSE OF FRESHWATER BIVALVES IN THE EXPERIMENT [№ 12 ' 2011] Influence of chemical and biological factors on intensity of the immune answer of fresh-water folding mollusks is investigated. It is defined that the maximum immunological activity of mollusks is observed at joint influences of pollutants of the various nature.
Misetov I.A., Kalashnikova M.V., Alekhinа G.P. THE POSSIBILITY OF USING ATOMIC FORCE MICROSCOPY TO STUDY SOIL MICROFLORA [№ 12 ' 2011] The possibility of using atomic force microscopy to study bacterial morphotypes found in black soil. In the soil revealed the predominance of rod-shaped and coccoid forms. The number of bacteria exceeded the number of nano-sized objects micron.
Shorina T.S., Misetov I.A., Novojenin I.A., Ermacova E.U. ESTIMATION FITOTOCSICHNOSTI CHERNOSEMA OF SOUTHERN ORENBURG AREA IN CONDITIONS OF PETROLEUM POLLUTION [№ 12 ' 2011] In clause the estimation fitotocsichnosti chernosema southern on various parameters is given: energy of germination and germination of seeds, length seedlings, phytomass. Dependence of growth seeds and development of plants from physical propertie ssoils, polluted by various concentration of petroleum also is considered(examined).
Alekhina G.P., Loginova E.G., Misetov I.A. IMMUNOLOGIC REACTION OF FRESHWATER BIVALVES FOR ADVERSE ENVIRONMENT EFFECT [№ 6 ' 2010] The authors study effect of anthropogenic load of different degree of a basin on rate of immune response by freshwater bivalves. It has been determined that immunologic activity of bivalves directly depends on pollution of observable points: the higher pollution level, the higher immune response of the bivalves.
