ACTUALIZATION OF THE MODEL OF A COLLEGE’S COMPETITIVE GRADUATE [№ 5 ' 2017]
Training quality of average link specialists from a position of his competitiveness is particularly acute today rather for a number of reasons, first of all, — positive changes of modern society towards innovative development of economy and regional conditions and requirements of labor market, in particular. Professional educational programs variability and flexibility, diversification of average special educational institutions taking into account their versatility and multifunctionality, expansion of interaction with employers — all these promotes competitiveness strengthening of the college graduates. College students’ questionnaires and their comments, college development program, additional professional education results, graduates’ achievements social and educational system of educational institution studying, realization target preparation have served as a material for research. As major factors influencing updating model of the competitive college graduates we have selected the requirements of labor market connected with future professions and development as well as self-development of personality, life time training and offered the educational organization actions. The received results have allowed to satirize the college graduate model who is the spontaneous, competitive specialist, the sociable flexible moral person. In conclusion we must note that the received model meets the modern requirements of professional education based on the created general and professional competences, and that model is dynamic and capable to react to the changes of society.

PROBLEM OF AKTUALISATION OF RESOURCE OF STUDENT'S SELF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY IN UNIVERSALITY'S EDUCATION [№ 5 ' 2013]
In the article it is examined the problem of aktualisation of resource of student's self educational activity in universality's education. It's determined the "resource of self educational activity" as pedagogical system which includes the ideas of economics of Knowledge. And training all life; basis categories and notions: scientific — systematic, scientific — research, theoretically — applied Soundations of Knowledge, information, culture of activity and experience of self — cognition of person. It is briefly presented experimental part of research.

THE MODEL OF A STUDENT'S SELF-EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY RESOURCE ACTUALIZATION [№ 1 ' 2011]
Structural-informative model of a student's self-educational activity resource actualization which revealed the strategy and tactics of the process, objective needs of a society at actualization of a student's self-educational activity resource is presented in this article. Methodological, essential and informative characteristics of worked out model conditioned on regularities of interaction of science and practice, theory and experience, social-economical situation are proved here. Typical sides, ties, stages, criterions and levels of the researched process are reproduced in this work.

HUMANITARIAN PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES OF RESOURCE ACTUALIZATION OF STUDENT’S SELF-EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY [№ 5 ' 2010]
In this article characteristic of the process of resource actualization of self-educational activity is presented in the context of learning theory according to general didactic categories (aim of study, principals, content, methods, means, forms, results). Rating-modular technology is distinguished among general humanitarian pedagogical technologies of study. Critical appraisal of its general positions is conducted. Its heuristic potential at resource actualization of student’s self-educational activity is revealed in this article.

THE PROBLEM OF UPDATING THE RESOURCE OF SELF-EDUCATION STUDENT [№ 2 ' 2010]
The article explains the need to update the resource of self-education students to prepare for a competitive specialist and the formation of the professional elite. Solved philosophical, socio-cultural and psycho-pedagogical conditions refer to the process. Authors distinguish action-competence hike as a methodological basis and theoretical study regulative problem.
