ANALYSIS OF NEURO-PSYCHOLOGICAL STABILITY OF STUDENTS [№ 4 ' 2016]
While studying at the University students have great neuro-psychiatric and other stresses that can cause nervous breakdowns and a negative impact on their health and process education. After graduation, students will work as teachers, educators, and low neuro-psychological stability will reflect not only on the educational process, but also on the health of students. In addition, the teacher has the moral and legal responsibility for the pupils with whom he can get to the emergencies of different origin, which nowadays are often enough.Purpose: to determine the neuro-psychological stability of students of first courses of Orenburg State Pedagogical University. The method of research: to interview the students using the technique "Prediction". A total number of interviewed students from different faculties of the University is 289. The results of the interview: the greatest neuro-psychological stability was observed in female students of the Faculty of preschool and primary education, and then in descending order the studentsof life safety department of physical education, health and safety, historical, foreign languages and physical mathematic faculties. The highest possibility of occurrence of nervous breakdowns can have students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, and the lowest — students of faculty of preschool and primary education. In our opinion, such a distribution of probability of breakdowns because students of preschool and primary education live mainly in the countryside, so they are more engaged and more physically prepared for a variety of domestic difficulties. Students of life safety and physical education as well as health and safety department more than prepared for life in the physical plane, and the physical culture and sport increase human resistance to various stressful situations.

MORPHOFUNCTIONAL ASPECTS OF STUDY OF THE IMPACT OF INFECTION ON WOUND HEALING OF MAXILLOFACIAL REGION IN THE EXPERIMENT [№ 1 ' 2012]
The authors conducted experimental pathology experiment of infection on healing of wounds of maxillofacial region performed on 40 white adult rats creating a model of fully-layered punctured wound of maxillofacial area (cheeks). Detected changes in the tissue in the zone of wound defect significantly compounded by the exogenous infection. These changes lead to fibrosis, secondary necrosis, , a lack of meaningful granulation tissue resulting in lack both histo-and organic typical, elements differentiation, process of chronic diseases. These results justify the need for correction of microbial effects on tissue of maxillofacial area with cross-cutting injuries.

EXPERIMENTAL-HISTOLOGICAL STUDIES OF REPARATIVE PROCESSES IN THE INJURY OF MAXILLOFACIAL AREA IN TERMS OF INFECTION (NEUROBIOLOGICAL ASPECTS) [№ 1 ' 2012]
In the experiment on the created model of rat's down jaw break by impact of controlled power processes of healing in different experimental conditions were studied , including the use of oxytocin and antibiotic. On the basis of an integrated morphofunctional study of posttraumatic tissue regeneration of maxillofacial area of experimental animals for the first time the authors defined the degree of histoblastic and organotypic heteromorphy (intra-and inter-differentiation). Oxytocin (especially in combination with antibiotic) optimizes the phase of inflammation in the area of traumatic injury by helping to create a histo-organotypic regenerates, which may be an evidentiary test of wound process and its therapeutic correction.

THE ROLE OF GENERAL PRACTICE DOCTOR (FAMILY DOCTOR) IN TREATMENT AND AFTER-TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH MALIGNANT NEOPLASMS OF ORAL CAVITY MUCOSA [№ 12 ' 2006]
The understanding of the role of general practice doctor (family doctor) in matters of prophylaxis, diagnostics, treatment and after-treatment of patients with malignant neoplasms of oral cavity mucosa (OCM) is given. Symptoms permitting to suspect and diagnose tumor in oral cavity are detailed. Professional factors counter-indicative for patients after radical treatment of OCM cancer are pointed. Matters of labor expertise, recovery treatment of patients are being discussed.

ULTRASTRUC-TURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF MICROCIRCULA- TORY BED AND CELLULAR SKIN ELEMENTS OF ORAL CAVITY CANCER PATIENTS IN TREATMENT COMPLEX CONDITIONS [№ 12 ' 2006]
It is demonstrated using light optic and electronic-microscopic methods that preoperative radial therapy of oral cavity cancer patients result in limiting of regenerator potencies of tissue structures and aggravates hemodynamic disorders in microcirculatory bed. One of the basic pathogenetic mechanisms of destabilizing and degenerative changes in radiated tissues are the disorders in membrane compartments of endotheliocytes, fibroblasts, epitheliocytes and intercellular elements of conjunctive tissue leading to lipid substrate unmasking.

PARAMETERS OF CENTRAL HEMODYNAMICS AND MICROHEMOCIRCULATION AT COMBINED TREATMENT OF CANCER OF ORGANS OF ORAL CAVITY PATIENTS [№ 12 ' 2005]
The parameters of central hemodynamics and parameters of microhemicirculation had been investigated at 95 patients with cancer of organs of oral cavity T3N0-1M0 after the ending of preoperative radiotherapy by the rheography method. Preoperative gamma irradiation does not render essential influence on parameters of central hemodynamics in comparison with control group of patients, but causes the expressed changes of local blood circulations in a skin of the neck which are included in a zone of an irradiation.
