The articleis presents to the formation of a balanced scorecard of logistics activitieswhich must be usedin enterprise management. A matrix approach to the analysis of four projections in the Balanced Scorecard has been described. A balanced scorecard logistics activity has been built based on the classification of logistics costs and the strategic profit model.

In this the points of enterprise strategy creating were researched with the influence of main functional directions. Here the main statements of stuffing financial producing and marketing strategy are presented. They are observed with the connection of corporative assumptions. On the base of system approach the recommendations are made in the way of creation of corporative strategy according to the functional targets of the enterprise.
