HETEROCYCLIZATION OF THE ALKYL(ARYL)METHYLKETONES, DIETHYLOXALATE AND META-REPLACED AROMATIC AMINES IN THE SYNTHESIS OF QUINOLINE-2-CARBOXYLIC ACID [№ 12 ' 2017]
Rather large number of various medicinal preparations at which molecules there are heterocyclic systems of quinolone is known. Derivatives of a quinoline-2-carboxylic acid are potential biologically active materials, which have various biological activity. So, Atophanum (phenoquin) is received from acetophenone and an isatin by the Frindler method is applied as against arthritis means. Primachinum and plasmochin are the anti-malarial drug operating on gametes of a plasmodium of a malaria. Also some derivatives are applied as anesthetics or as drug against oncological diseases and as antibacterial medicament. Equimolar condensation of a ketone and dimethyl ester of oxalic acid received the intermediate diketoester. At addition to it the bases 7-hydroxy- and 7-amino-4-methylquinolines-2-carboxylic acids, 4-(4’-bromphenil)-7-hydroxy- and 7-amino-4-(4’-bromphenil)quinolines-2-carboxylic acids were received. In this article features of reaction depending on the nature of mother substances (alkyl- or arylmethylketones) and nucleophilic reagents (the meta-replaced arylamines), physical and chemical properties of the received connections are discussed. The structure of connections confirmed with data IR-spectroscopies, spectroscopies of nuclear magnetic resonance 1H and mass spectrometries. Proceeding from similarity of structures of the known biologically active materials of a quinolinic row and again synthesized representatives it is assumed that new substances will have potential biological activity and will find application in medical practice as medical drugs.

A NEW METHOD FOR OBTAINING HYDRAZONES 1-(3-QUINOXALON)ALKANDIONES-1,2 [№ 12 ' 2011]
The condensation of some ketones with diethyl oxalate followed by subsequent aryl diazonium chloride and 1,2-diaminobenzola is studied. Structure peculiarities of synthesized compounds on the basis of IR and NMR spectroscopy are discussed.

Sodium enolates and corresponding ethyl and methyl esters of 2, 6, 7-trihydroxy-4,9-dioxo-2,5,7-decatrienoic acids are got with ester condensation of Klizen. The features of the structure of synthesized polyketids with joined α-, β-dioxolinks are discussed in this article.

NEW DISCOVERIES OF HISTERIDAE BEETLES (INSECTA: COLEOPTERA) IN ORENBURG REGION AND WEST KAZAKHSTAN. PART 3 [№ 9 ' 2009]
New discoveries of 69 taxones of Histeridae beetles (Insecta: Coleoptera) in Orenburg Region and West Kazakhstan territory mainly at 2008 season are presented. Three species are found at the Urals and five species in Orenburg Region for the first time. The systematic status of Saprinus turkestanicus Schmidt, 1886 (= aeneolus Marseul, 1870) is recovered. Literature information about discoveries of the four species in Orenburg Region are confirmed by material. Faunistic data for collecting in several new localities are presented. For regional territory 90 histerid species from 23 genus are registered to this time. The investigation rate for Histeridae beetles fauna of Orenburg Region is not less than 80% (the total quantity of material investigated is more than 4200 examples).

By Claisen condensation of ethyl acetate with oxalic ester and sodium hydride (or sodium) with follow-up influence of hydrochloric acid on intermediate sodium-dienolate, diethyl ether of (2Z,4Z)-3,4- dihydroxy -2,4- hexadiene -1,6-acid (diethyl -3,4-dioxo hexanedioate or diethylketypinate) was obtained. The report discusses the structure synthesized ester based on IR and NMR spectroscopy. Interaction of diethylketypinate with 1,2- diaminobenzene.

METAL DERIVATIVES OF ρ-π-ELECTRON DONATING POLYCARBONYL SYSTEMS WITH CLOSED α- AND β-DIOXO FRAGMENTS. PART 3. SYNTHESIS AND STRUCTURE OF METAL(II)CHELATES OF 4-OXODERIVATIVES OF 2-HYDROXY-2ALKENOATE ETHERS [№ 4 ' 2009]
Metal-exchange reaction of metal(II) salts in water solutions with sodium enolates of 4-oxoderivatives of 2-hydroxy-2-alkenoate ethers (LNa), synthesized by the Claisen condensation of methylenecarbonyl compounds (methyl ketones or ethyl acetate) with diethyl oxalate at basic conditions, leads to O,O’-coordinated metal-1,3-diketonate complexes, i.e. metal(II)chelates (L2Met) composed on oxoalkenoate bidentate ligands. The structure peculiarities of synthesized β-diketonates are discussed. Presented are data, additional to preceding papers, about synthesis, structure and properties of functionalized 1,3-dicarbonyl anion metal derivatives.

STRUCTURE, ALLOCATION AT BIOTOPES AND COMPARATIVE INDEXES OF HERPETOBIONT COLEOPTERAN (INSECTA, COLEOPTERA) ACTIVENESS OF ORENBURG REGION: DONGUZ STEPPE, GREBENY (AT THE MATERIALS OF 2007) [№ 5 ' 2008]
On the territory of two localities of typical steppe (Orenburg Area, Donguz), and northern steppe (Sakmara Area, Grebeni) of Orenburg Region in 2007 examination of the herpetobiont beetles (Insecta, Coleoptera) is being started. Taxonomic structure, biotope distribution, comparable dynamic properties, and abundance of herpetobiont Coleoptera are investigated. The structure and population dynamics peculiarities of beetles in steppe and forest biocenoses are discussed, and abundance of Coleoptera families is estimated.

TERNARY TANDEM HETEROCYCLIZATION OF ACETOPHENONE WITH DIETHYLCSLAD AND M-AMINOPHENOL – NEW METHOD FOR GETTING OF 7-HYDROXY-4-PHENYLQUINOLIN-2-CARBOXYLIC ACID [№ 4 ' 2008]
The ether condensation of acetophenone with diethyl oxalate and m-aminophenol in presence of sodium followed by treatment of the reaction mixture with acetic acid proceeds unusually to preparatively yield 7-hydroxy-4-phenylquinoline-2-carboxylic acid. This three component tandem heterocyclization is proposed to be used as a new regiodirected method of quinoline-2-carboxylic (quinaldinic) acid synthesis. The reaction pathway and structure peculiarities of the prepared compound as well as alternative structures are under discussion.

CONDENSATION OF ETHERS OF METHYLENACTIVE CARBOXYLIC ACIDS WITH DIALKILOXALATES (REVIEW) [№ 9 ' 2007]
Literary data is generalized and new information of getting, structure, features and biologically active ethers of 2-oxacarboxylic acids and their annular analogs generated as a result of compound ether condensation of methylenderivative carboxylic acids with dialkiloxalates are given in this article. New terms of thin organic synthesis: "oxalilacetated systems", "oxalilacetated synthesis" are suggested here.
