KINETICS OF FATIGUE FRACTURE OF TITANIUM IN THE SUBMICROCRYSTALLINE STATE [№ 9 ' 2012]
It is shown that ECAP-conform, forming sub microcrystalline structure, increases the fatigue limit of titanium Grade 4, by increasing the time to fatigue crack nucleation and the slower speed of its spread, as compared to baseline. However, the exponent n in the Paris's equation more than about 2 times. This demonstrates the sensitivity of the material to stresses during operation.

STATIC AND FATIGUE RUPTURES OF АМ60 MAGNESIUM ALLOY SAMPLLES WITH DIFFERENT GRAIN SIZES [№ 2 ' 2010]
Summary. The report studied the structure of static and fatigue rupture for the АМ60 alloy samples in initial state (1 mm grain size) and after Equal Channel Angular Extrusion (ECAE) at 150?С (1 mkm grain size). Significant differences were found both in the mechanical alloy properties and macro- and microstructure of the fractures in the alloy samples in initial conditions and after ECAE.

FATIGUE BREAKDOWN OF TITANIUM AND TITANIUM ALLOY SAMPLES IN MICROCRYSTALLINE AND SUB MICROCRYSTALLINE STATES [№ 1 ' 2010]
The objective of this work is study of the grain size impact on fatigue breakdown of titanium (Ti Grande 2, К3) with a b-phase grain size of 240 mkm and 0.15 mkm (150 Нм) and also titanium alloys (Ti-6Al-4V Eh) with a b-phase grain size of 15 mkm and 0.3 mkm (300 Нм) samples. It was shown that macro- and microstructure of the all breakings except those of titanium samples with a b-phase grain size of 240 mkm was nearly the same.

INFLUENCE OF IONIC-PLASMIC COVER APPLIED AT THE TEMPERATURE OF PHASE TRANSFORMATIONS ON FATIGUE RESISTANCE OF STEEL 20 EXAMPLES [№ 10 ' 2007]
The influence of ionic-plasmic cover (TiN) on fatigue resistance of steel 20 examples is studied in this article. Ionic-plasmic cover was applied both as at temperature of phase transformations as at temperature differed at the temperature of phase transformations. It is shown that maximal fatigue resistance of steel 20 examples takes place in a case of ionic-plasmic cover applying at the temperature of phase transformation (727°С).

BIOCLIMATIC RECOURSES AND PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CHERNOZEMS AND LIVER-COLORED SOILS OF ORENBURG PREDURAL [№ 5 ' 2007]
Soil subtypes of Orenburg Predural confined to typical plant associations from pile-motley grass with chernozems leached till wormwood-feather grass-fescue with liver-colored soils are researched in this article. It is established, that soil density, its permeability and other water-physical characteristics are changed at zonal consecution in connection with change of humus content at comparative constancy of granulometric staff, sizes of specific surface area and solidity of soil hard phase.

INFLUENCE OF SINGLE AND DOUBLE AGING ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AND FAILURE MECHANISM OF AUSTENITIC STEEL 06ХН28МДТ [№ 1 ' 2007]
Austenitic steels are one of general constructive materials, which is used widely at mechanical engineering, instrument-making and other branches of technique because of high mechanical and technological properties in wide range of temperature. However at the process of cooling and deformation some steels of this class show inclination to phase transformations, which not always unambiguously influence on their properties at different types of weighting. This article is devoted to the results analysis of steel 06ХН28МДТ experimental research, which was exposed with thermomechanical processing.

REGULARITIES OF FORMATION BY CRACK TOP AT DIFFERENT TYPES OF WEIGHTING AND X-RAY FRACTODIAGNOSTICS OF DESTRUCTION [№ 1 ' 2006]
The general results got during last 20 years of studying by X-ray method of plastic zones under fracture surface, got at single and cyclic types of weighting were generalized in this article. Also the results of these zones connections with local tense condition of material by the crack top and destruction mechanisms of constructive materials were given here too. The examples of given results using in practice of destruction diagnostics for determination of materials and destruction parameters characteristics were given in this article.

INFLUENCE OF FACTOR OF ASYMMETRY WEIGHTING CYCLE ON ENDURANCE LIFE AND MECHANISM OF SAMPLES DESTRUCTION FROM CONSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS [№ 6 ' 2005]
The article is devoted to the kinetics and to the mechanism of fatigue failure, influence of compressing cycles of weighting on durability and the mechanism of destruction of constructional materials. The influence of factor of asymmetry of weighting cycle R is investigated in a wide interval of values on the general durability and the mechanism of fatigue failure of samples from aluminium alloy АК6 and steel 110PZL. For studying mechanisms of fatigue failure of samples the physical methods of breaks research are used: raster electronic microscopy, X-ray crystal analysis.
