Kartashova O.L., Pashkova T.M., Pashinina O.A. INFLUENCE OF MEDICINAL PREPARATIONS OF PLANT ORIGIN ON ANTILIZOZYMIC ACTIVITY OF PRIORITY TYPES OF UROFLORA ALLOCATED FROM UROLITHIASIS PATIENTS [№ 9 ' 2017] One of the most common urological diseases is urolithiasis, the therapy of which uses herbal medicines, effective in the presence of a disease associated with the inflammation in the urinary tract. A pathogenetically determined relationship between the presence of urinary stones and the occurrence of a chronic urinary infection is established in which the causative agent has a set of persistent properties that allow it to persist for a long time in the host organism. Phytopreparations have a different effect on the body, which is due to the biologically active substances that make up their composition. At the same time, the effect of herbal medicines on the persistent potential of microorganisms, in particular, antilysozyme activity, which is one of its significant factors, has not been studied. In this connection, the effect of a number of phytopreparations, differing in composition and used for the treatment and prevention of urinary tract infections, on the antilysozyme activity of priority uroflora species isolated from patients with urolithiasis (P. aeruginosa and E. coli) was studied in vitro. The study of the possibility of phytopreparation regulation of the antilysozyme sign of bacteria in an in vitro experiment revealed their unidirectional inhibitory effect and found that the maximum reduction in antilysozyme activity in P. aeruginosa occurred under the action of the drug Gentos, and in E. coli — Kanefron. Thus, the revealed ability of phytopreparations to unilaterally reduce the antilysozyme activity of Pseudomonas sp. and Escherichia sp. under in vitro conditions can be considered as one of the possible mechanisms of their biological activity in vivo.
Kochkina E.E., Pashkova T.M., Sycheva M.V., Kartashova O.L. CHARACTERISTICOF BACTERIA OF THE GENUS ENTEROCOCCUS BIOPROFILES ISOLATED FROM ANIMALS [№ 9 ' 2017] The increasing clinical significance of enterococci highlights the issue of the safety of their use as anti-infective biologics probiotic and requires the search algorithm for the effective differentiation of clinically significant strains from representatives metallisticheskoy microbiota. Studied the biological properties of bacteria of the genus Enterococcus isolated from the feces of clinically healthy productive animals and from animals with infectious and inflammatory diseases. Determined bioprofile characterizing pathogenic and non-pathogenic isolates. In addition to the genetic determinants of the virulence factors of the strains isolated in the pathology detected hemolytic, gelatinase activity and the factors of persistence (ALA, Acre), with higher characteristic values than fecal cultures. Strains isolated from the intestines of healthy animals was characterized by a high activity of proteases and not had the ability to form biofilm. The obtained results can be used for differentiation of pathogenic variants Enterococcus spp. from symbiotic cultures included in the composition of the intestinal normality.
Shchepitova N.E., Sycheva M.V., Kartashova O.L. SCRINNING OF ENTEROCOCCUS CULTURE TO CREATE PREPORATION OF PROBIOTIC ACTION [№ 13 ' 2015] In the conditions of fight against an antibiotic resistance of microorganisms search of antimicrobic means alternative to traditional antibiotics is of particular importance. Bacteriocins of enterococci can form a basis for new antimicrobic preparations. In this regard screening of new safe strains producers of enterococci for receiving bacteriocins is the actual and perspective direction of modern microbiology. In the specific analysis of bacteria of the genus Enterococcus, defined from intestines of different animals species. In population of faecal enterococci the wide popularity of antagonistic activity regarding bacterias Listeria spp. and Enterococcus spp. which is correlative to the genes of bacteriocinogenia. On the model of experimental infection shows the use the protection effect of listerios defence by antoganistically active enterococci of intestines nature. On the basis of a complex assessment of phenotypic and genetic characteristics of enterococci isolated from intestines of healthy animals is selected strain Enterococcus faecium which is possessing genetic determinants of bacteriocinogenia, the expressed antagonistic effect against Listeria and not having virulence factors.
Sycheva M.V., Galiullina L.F., Kartashova O.L. THE INFLUENCE OF ANTIMICROBIAL PEPTIDES FROM PLATELETS OF FARM ANIMALS ON SENSITIVITY OF MICROORGANISMS TO ANTAGONISTIC ACTIVE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF NORMAL MICROFLORA [№ 10 ' 2012] Influence of antimicrobic peptides from platelets of agricultural animals on sensitivity of opportunistic microorganisms to antagonistic active representatives of normal microflora is studied. It is established that acid extracts from platelets of agricultural animals increase sensitivity of opportunistic microorganisms to antagonistic active substances of bacteria of Lactobacillus, Esherichia and Enterococcus. The greatest change of a sign at clones E. coli, S. aureus and C. albicans at joint incubation bacteria with defensins isolated from platelets of horned cattle and hens is registred.
Kartashov L.P., Ushakov Yu.A. ON THE CONTROLLED PARAMETERS OF THE VACUUM SYSTEM OF MILKING INSTALLATION [№ 8 ' 2011] The influence of the form of the technical state of milking installation to the effectiveness of the milking of cows is investigated. The connection of estimated indices (air flow rate by milking installation, the air flow rate by the regulator of vacuum, the sum of expenditures and their difference) with the parameters of vacuum system is established. The sensitivity of the controlled parameters is analyzed. The Key words: milking installation, vacuum line, [molokoprovod], milking apparatus, the air flow rate.
Bukharin O.V., Kirgizova S.B., Kartashova O.L., Potekhina L.P. ANTICARNOSINE ACTIVITY AND ITS ROLE AT MICROORGANISMS’ PERSISTENCE [№ 12 ' 2006] Evidences of anticarnosine activity (ACrA) of bacteria at their persistence are got on the model of experimental staphylococcus infection. The analysis of feature’s prevalence and intensity of clinical bacteria isolate showed that staphylococcus had ACrA predominantly; at the same time the high meanings of the feature were registered at cultures, distinguished from biotope with high concentration of carnosine (olfactory epithelium of mucous tunic of nasal meatus) which had meaning at phenomenon of bacteria carrying of these microorganisms.
Kartashova O.L., Kirgizova S.B., Bala S.S. BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF MICROFLORA, EVOLVED FROM MILK AND OPPORTUNITY OF ITS USE IN FORECASTING OF COW’S MASTITIS DEVELOPMENT [№ 5 (app.1) ' 2005] Microflora, evolved from milk of health and ill animals was studied in this article. The forecasting models of development of cow’s mastitis of streptococcic and staphylococcic ethiology were created on the base of obtained data of prevalence and intensity complex of microorganisms biological characteristics.
