One of the modern tools for solving these problems is the spatial organization of tourism on the basis of cluster approach. Studied the legal documents of the spatial organization of tourist activity in the Russian Federation. The data on the prospective tourist and recreational zones of Russia. Identify potential tourism and recreation cluster Orenburg region and the peculiarities of their formation and development. On the basis of the study revealed promising tourism and recreation cluster Orenburg region and determine their specialization. The structure of tourist and recreational cluster "Bronze Age", which are the main subjects of authorities, research organizations and businesses.
