STUDY OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL RISKS AND RESOURCES FOR ENHANCING THE PROJECT ACTIVITIES OF A FUTURE ENGINEER [№ 2 ' 2023]
The training of future engineers at the university includes a large number of design work related to the study of various disciplines of the curriculum throughout the entire period of study. In the junior years, students are loaded with projects of humanitarian content, and then they perform complex computational and graphic tasks of professionally oriented projects. The implementation of educational, research and research, innovative course and diploma projects is a mandatory completion of the study of cycles and modules of the general professional and professional components of the training program. It has been established that a large amount of spontaneous or ineptly organized independently project activity of a student causes organizational and technological risks of educational lag, educational difficulties, leads to unreasonable losses of the contingent. In order to study the causes of educational failure and search for resources to reduce it, surveys of future engineering students were conducted. It has been established that a significant impact on the decrease in the educational project activity of first-year students is exerted by the mismatch of ideas about the “free life” of the university and the realities of labor-intensive project activities at the university, the lack of formation of personal organizational and technological training skills.
Time management technologies as one of the disciplines of the curriculum were used as organizational and technological resources for activating the project activities of the future engineer. In practice, the most effective was the analysis of typical mental traps. Repeated diagnostics of the manifestations of organizational and technological risks of project activities revealed a trend of their leveling, as well as an increase in student satisfaction with the achieved project results.

ELECTROCONTACT BAKING OF THE BISCUIT [№ 9 ' 2015]
Almost all kinds of pastries are baked by the radiation and convective way. Delaying and stopping of the pastry volume of the test preparation during baking result in the crust formation on the surface of the flour product. During traditional baking the activity of enzymes and various biologically active compounds decreases. Besides, over the high temperature the crust of the flour product accumulates the products of the fats polymerization, polycyclic aromatic carbohydrates, various oxide substances that reduces the nutrition and the biological value of the finished products. In this regard, baking ways, at which crust isn't formed, are of special interest. The influences of various parameters on the finished product quality and the process of electrocontact baking are also of interest, in particular the influence of various dosages of flour on the indicators of the biscuit quality, and also the temperature and the volume of the biscuit during baking. The change of the substances amount entering the compounding will allow to give an assessment to the prospects of this or that application for the biscuit. The traditional radiation and convective baking is characterized by the high-temperature impact on the baked preparation that leads to the decrease in nutrition and biological value of the products. Baking products by the electrocontact way it is possible to reduce the loss of the useful compounds that increases the nutrition and the biological value of the finished products. According to the researches of the technology of the biscuit making baked by the electrocontact way it was revealed that the increase in flour dosages intensifies the process of electrocontact baking for the biscuit. The increase in flour dosages leads to the increase in elasticity and the improvement of organoleptic and physical and chemical properties of the biscuit (the complex indicators increase of organoleptic and physical and chemical properties).

ABOUT DIAMOND POTENTIAL OF THE WESTERN SLOPE OF THE SOUTHERN URALS AND THE SOUTH-EAST OF THE RUSSIAN PLATFORM (ON THE EXAMPLE OF ORENBURG REGION) [№ 6 ' 2015]
Regional patterns of manifestations of diamonds and productive on diamond rocks (kimberlites, lamproites) all over the Western slope of the Urals, as well as single finds of diamond crystals in the Orenburg southern Ural mountains, has necessitated the consolidation and analysis of modern data on the diamond potential of the territory of the Orenburg region. By the authors based on the results of previous studies (Cherkasov V.L., Smirnov A.K., Tishchenko V.G.) diamondiferous rocks are divided into three groups: carbonate breccia-ultramafic, Intrusive rocks of ultrabasic composition, volcanic rocks of basic composition high magnesia content, as well as metasomatic altered varieties of these rocks, which petrochemically the diagrams lie in the fields of kimberlites or lamproites. When forecasting is of great importance complex set of direct and indirect search characteristics, confirming the validity of conclusions about the possible prospects of the territory of the Orenburg region for diamonds. The discovery of diamond deposits in the Urals and Central Urals raising (Kuvandyk and AI areas), and within Eastern edge of the Orenburg parts of the Russian platform indicated by the findings of diamond crystals, in Kuvandyk district (continental gold-bearing Sands of the Albian stage of the early Cretaceous, Quaternary alluvial sediments Central Ural uplift), etc. When forecasting the diamond potential also used the experience of Australian geologists and Arkhangelsk — aeromagnetic method of detecting volcanic pipes, which is quite applicable to geological conditions part of the Orenburg region covered by aeromagnetic survey in the scale 1:50 000. The analysis of available materials on the diamond potential of the Orenburg region shows that the Orenburg region is highly prospective for the discovery of diamond deposits.

MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF WOOD MILLING [№ 4 ' 2015]
The complexity of the process of cutting wood creates objective difficulties of obtaining a complete and accurate analytical description of the relations between the baseline and performance indicators cutting. To ensure the adequacy of the laws established by theory and experiment, the analysis of the process of cutting the wood necessary to consider many factors, first and foremost — the viscoelastic characteristics of the material being processed. An analysis of the forces from the blade by a timber for cutting the three main directions found that using compressive and tensile stresses occurring in the material being processed in the interaction with a cutter, it is possible not only to describe the process of cutting the wood to cut the three principal directions, and significant differences explain why the cutting force values for these cases, without using such a thing as chopping wood when cutting. It is expected that after cutting the thinnest shavings sharp cutter, the thickness of which is comparable to the radius of the rounding of the blade for wood cutter action to a greater extent can be reduced to the action of the blade, and the action of the front face, since small quantities, can be neglected. The study the mathematical model developed using the mathematical apparatus of rheology, which in theory wood cutting is a new method of mechanics-mathematical analysis, a formula for determining the amount of force cutting wood.

THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE TENSION OF THE WOOD SAWDUST INTO THE EXTRUSION AREA OF THE PELLET-MILL WITH THE CIRCULAR DIE [№ 1 ' 2015]
Pellet-mills are widely used in the production of pellets from raw materials of vegetable origin. Starting from the 20-ies of the last century they were used for pressing feed, and lately they are used for pressing of wood sawdust. Because of this there are the problem of the optimal design of such working elements of the pellet-mills. The solution lies in to conduct identification and verification of mathematical models of the extrusion process in semi-pressing into the working elements of the pellet-mill. For one of the same models which describes the stress of the extruded semi-finished product on the contact surfaces of working elements: the circular die and the pressing roller, such a procedure was performed. Based on the results of the experimental determination of the normal to the surface of the pressing pellet-mill roller extrusion tension softwood sawdust with the humidity of 10% and identification of a mathematical model of the tension state of the semimanufactured material in the areas of the lag and lead wedge workspace of the pellet-mill was refined theoretical description of the tension state in the area of semi-finished extruded — distribution extrusion area normal tension and shear tension on the contact surfaces of the die and the press roller between which there is a differential dependence.

THE CREATIVITY OF RASHIT AKHMETZYANOV [№ 11 ' 2014]
The problems of creativity by modern Tatar poet Rashit Akhmetzyanov are considered in the article, which reflected the feelings and expectations of the Tatar people and Tatar intellectuals. The peculiarity of this article is that the analyzed poems from the early 1960 until mid-1990, divided into three periods: 1) 1960–1970, 2) 1970–1980, 3) 1980–1995. During research discovered that creativity of the poet is brightly expressed and has distinctive features in each period. When the initial stage of creativity is dominated by socio-cultural problems, then the second one is dominated by philosophical problems, and the third — national. The works of the last period reaches the highest point of the evolution of poet's work.

TENSION OF THE PLASTIC BODY PRESSED IN SCREW THE CHANNEL OF EKSTRUDER [№ 9 ' 2013]
On the basis of model of an elastic and plastic body the tension of a pressed material in the channel of a screw press is considered, influence on developed tension of parameters of a pressed material and channel parameters screw is investigated. Limiting tension which can develop a screw press is defined.

We studied the system of crop insurance in the Republic Bashkortostan. Given the author's definition of crop insurance. Identified the negative tendencies of development of insurance of agricultural risks in as in the whole of the Russian Federation, and on the regional level. The authors suggest the model of development of economy, including in the sector of crop insurance. Given the author's proof of the transition to alternative models of crop insurance. Developed the author's alternative model of crop insurance in the form of off-budget Federal reserve for crop insurance.

Based on the model of elastic body the authors defined the resistance of the hollow extruded sawdust briquettes, considered conditions of formation of a briquette coaxial cylindrical cavity, the cavity diameter of a connection with the length of the forming cavity, and the physical properties of semi-finished product.

PHITOREMEDIATION OF THE OIL-POLLUTED EFFLUENT WATER [№ 12 ' 2010]
The results of their studies show that the application of a method of phitoremediation — reduction in the petroleum pollution of effluent with the aid of the oil-tollerant hydrobiont plants — in many respects is based on the stimulation of natural hydrobiont association. It was as a result established that the composition of the analyzed water was 24 forms of the hydrobionts, from which 12 forms of algoflora, 12 forms of protozoal and invertebrate organisms, and were isolated 25 active cultures of microorganisms. As a result summed influence of the highest aqueous plants and microorganisms on the refining of the petroleum-containing effluent waters are cleaned from the petroleum products to 94%.

ABOUT PROSPECTS OF OIL-AND-GAS CONTENT OF MAGNITOGORSK SYNCLINORIUM IN THE ORENBURG REGION`S TERRITORY [№ 10 ' 2005]
Deposits of hydrocarbons in the crystal base rocks are revealed and are partly exploited on all continents, except for Antarctica. In the Orenburg region the insufficient attention is paid to this question. Though there are preconditions of revealing of hydrocarbons deposits in similar structures. In the article on a number of geologic-geophysical factors the estimation is given of an opportunity of revealing of hydrocarbons congestions within the limits of Magnitogorsk synclorium of Ural.
