PROS AND CONS OF QUALIFICATION WORK DEFENCE IN STARTUP FORM ^{[№ 1 ' 2021]}
To date, students of all higher educational institutions of our country have the opportunity to submit for defense as a final qualifying work (WQ) not a classic diploma, but a real startup. Over the four years that have passed since the beginning of the implementation of such an opportunity in practice, many Russian universities, including our Orenburg State University, have developed their own trajectory in this direction. In this article, we have made an attempt to analyze the experience gained. The issue of the legality of accounting for diplomas in the form of startups is considered, the features of start-up projects and the most obvious differences between the final qualification work performed in the form of startups and the classical FQP are highlighted. It is noted that during the transition to a new form of defense, clearly focused on the practical component, the stages of work on the final qualifying work, its structure and procedure for defense change. We identified a number of issues arising in connection with the organization of the defense of FQPs in the form of startups at the University: the inexpediency of distributing start-up diplomas to all students; the need for a detailed development of the Regulation on the protection of the final qualifying work in the form of a startup; revising curricula with the aim of developing students’ skills in developing start-ups and developing their entrepreneurial mindset; Difficulty finding ideas for startups organizational issues related to the appointment, incentives and remuneration of WRC leaders in a new form; providing students with the opportunity to switch to the usual form of protection in the event of a failure in the development of a startup. In conclusion, the advantages of protecting FQPs in the form of startups, identified on the basis of the experience of Russian universities and expert opinions, are presented, and the prospects for the implementation of this form are outlined.

INNOVATIONS IN MODERN ACCOUNTING AND TAX LEGISLATION FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM BUSINESS SUBJECTS IN THE SERVICE SPHERE ^{[№ 4 ' 2014]}
The innovations of modern accounting and tax laws influenced on the small and medium enterprises functioning in the service sphere are classified in the article. Simplified procedures are defined during the process of accounting form selecting, formation of the accounting (financial) acts and the tax regime. Various options of accounting organization and reporting, taxation applied by small business entities in the service sphere are offered in the article.

ADAPTATION PARAMETERS OF THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM IN SCHOOLCHILDREN INVOLVED IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION ^{[№ 5 ' 2011]}
In conditions of high school educational process we estimated indicators of the cardio respiratory system in students through pulseoxymetry device ELOKS-01S2 which uses an optical finger sensor (in the form of clips) and recorded pulse wave from one of the student's fingers before and after the Physical Culture lesson. In the main study group, students were offered an extra two hours on the program "Sports Choice", including volleyball, basketball, handball, athletic gymnastics. In the comparison group students were engaged in the regular curriculum.

THE USE OF METHODS OF INTERVAL ANALYSIS FOR ENUMERATING THE DIMENSIONALITY OF THE FINITE-DIMENSIONAL REALIZATION OF LINEAR DYNAMIC SYSTEM ^{[№ 9 ' 2010]}
The article examined the task of constructing the model in the state space on the basis of the data about the behavior the input-output of linear stationary dynamic system with the discrete time. The authors investigated the problem of obtaining the numerical algorithms of the calculation of finite-dimensional realization in the state space of mapping input-output, represented by the pulse sequence of matrices. They proposed the method of enumerating the dimensionality of this realization, based on the use of interval analysis.

ЕVALUATION OF PHYSICAL GROWTH AND HEALTH STATE OF COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL PUPILS ^{[№ 6 ' 2010]}
In the observed schools the program "Express-evaluation of physical health of the pupils" has been introduced. It allows evaluating almost health pupils with different level of physical development (below the average, low, average, high, above the average) in the course of educational process. Taking this data into consideration the author gives recommendations to pupils in accordance with their level of physical development and deflections in health state.

The transition of Russia from a planned economy to market has resulted in necessity of change of approaches to management of organization. Thus in the centre of managers attention of any level today there should be a person acting not only as a resource of industrial system, but also as a main subject of the organization and a special object of management, like the person with needs, motives, values, attitudes which labour activity in many respects determines results of functioning of the organization.
