EXPERIENCE OF DISTANCE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS OF ORGMU OPHTHALMOLOGY DEPARTMENT IN COVID-19 PANDEMIC CONDITIONS [№ 2 ' 2021]
The special epidemiological situation that arose in 2020 in connection with the spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 affected all spheres of human life, including the education system. The experience gained during the pandemic in the implementation of educational programs using distance technologies is unique in each university. The purpose of our study was to identify the attitude of students of ORGMU Department of Ophthalmology to distance learning. A survey of 439 students of 3-5 courses of medical, pediatric, dental and preventive medicine faculties of the Orenburg State Medical University was carried out. Among them: 122 boys (27.8 %) and 317 girls (72.2 %), the average age of the respondents was 20.4 years. The questionnaire consisted of 28 questions and included questions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, distance learning in self-isolation, the willingness of teachers to use modern information technologies, the level of personal computer skills and Internet skills. The students agreed on the advantages of distance learning: a low probability of contracting a coronavirus infection — 98 %, the possibility of re-familiarization with the training material — 75 %, restoration of the diet — 90 %, individual learning rate — 73 %, the use of modern teaching technologies — 41 %.
In addition, distance learning contributed to the development of self-discipline of students in preparation for classes and significantly increased the level of psychological comfort of students. With this type of training, a subjective assessment on the part of the teacher is excluded, since he does not take part in testing on the exam, but only processes the obtained results and puts marks in an electronic statement. Most students see this as the main advantage.

THE SENSITIVITY OF VARIOUS CURRANT SPECIES AND VARIETIES TO TRACHEOMYCOSIS [№ 7 ' 2016]
Currently mycotic wilting (tracheomycosis) is widespread. It caused ubiquitous significant reduction of areas which field in black currant. This resulted in negative environmental, economic and social consequences. Over the past decade in the southern Orenburg region, as in other regions of Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine verticilliaceous wilting of black currant, which caused its death, was registered. Wilting is not found on golden and white currant (Ribes aureum, R. niveum). Redcurrant (R. rubrum) is slightly damaged, in black currant (Ribes nigrum), on the contrary, there is destruction of certain varieties up to 90 %. Based on the results of our own research, the most resistant to tracheomycoses varieties — Luchezarnaya, Yadryenaya, Globus and several other varieties the resistance of which was estimated to be 4-5 pointswere revealed. The least resistant varieties were Selechenskaya, Rusalochka, Vologda, and others. The main pathogens are presented by fungi Fusarium spp., Alternaria spp., Verticillium spp. Activation of fungi in the second half of vegetation (July — September) was revealed. This is due to the temperature increase against low water supply in the designated months within the Orenburg region. It was found that in the case of complex Verticillium spp. and Fusarium spp. infection wilting followed by plant death was observed. Verticillium fungi should be considered to be the most probable cause of death of black currant. Species differences in the production of tannins found in the bark in greatest numbers and perimedular zone of golden, white and red currants were revealed. The least number was found in the cambium of black currant. The problem of tracheomycotic wilting of black currant can be successfully solved by means of selection and cultivation of resistant varieties to the causative agents. The obtained results allow us to advance in the understanding of formation mechanism of infectious stability of black currant, and to identify the ways of therapy and prevention of mycotic wilting of Ribes nigrum.

TO THE QUESTION OF WITHERING OF BLACKCURRANT [№ 5 ' 2016]
In certain regions of the Russian Federation and abroad mass withering of blackcurrant is observed in the last decade (Ribes nigrum L.). The area of distribution and injuriousness of a disease includes the Voronezh, Orenburg, Rostov regions, the Lower Volga and Central Volga area, regions of East Ukraine (The Kharkiv, Donetsk regions) and Northwest Kazakhstan. There is evidence that the death of R. nigrum may be caused by fungi of the genus Verticillium and Fusarium and Alternaria. In this regard, in recent years is the study of the mycological component of this culture. The aim of this work was the comparative characterization of complexes of microscopic fungi that live on trunks, roots, leaves of black currant. The results of studies in damaged plants revealed the presence of three genera of fungi — Fusarium, Alternaria, Verticillium. In addition, in some cases, discovered nematodes and spider mites, whose role is not installed. Comparing the received data with the temperature regime of the territory of the Orenburg region showed the greatest peak of microscopic fungi pathogenicity for R. nigrum in the period July — August. It is expected that wilt currant bushes initiated phytoplasma infection and subsequent contamination of fungi. The received results allow to specify the stages of the research and determine the methods of prevention and therapy of wilt blackcurrant.

FRAGMENTATION OF THE NUCLEUS OF THE CRYSTALLINE LENS BY PHACOEMULSIFICATION IN PATIENTS WITH PSEUDOEXFOLIATION SYNDROME [№ 12 ' 2015]
In patients with pseudoexfoliation syndrome marked difficulty in performing phacoemulsification at the stage of fragmentation of the nucleus, associated with weak Zinovich ligaments, possible subluxation of the lens, the presence of a dense core, rigid narrow pupil. For prevention of possible complications there is a need to develop methods of crushing of the core lens, avoid or reduce the tension and tear Zinovich ligaments and hydrodynamic effects on the capsule of the lens. To that end, phacofragmentation, the use of which reduces strain on ligaments and posterior capsule of the lens; to minimize the influence of ultrasound on the tissues, to reduce the number of intra- and postoperative complications and to improve the quality of surgical treatment in these patients. A comparative analysis of the results of phacoemulsification cataract surgery in 56 patients with pseudoexfoliation syndrome by traditional and proposed technology of crushing of the core lens. During the operation, two patients of the control group was observed prolapse of the vitreous body. Postoperative corneal edema was observed in one patient the primary and in two patients of the control group, ocular hypertension — two patients of the main and three in the control group. High functional results of the patients in both groups (p > 0.05): the maximum correctable visual acuity in the first days after surgery was 0,678 ± 0,32; 12 months — 0,91 ± 0,35. The magnitude of the induced postoperative astigmatism at discharge ranged from 0.75 to 2.0 D, an average of (1.28 ± 0.43) D; 12 months — (0.45 ± 0.42) D. Visual results of surgery, as well as the magnitude of induced astigmatism did not differ significantly between patients of both groups. The technology of phacofragmentation allows to obtain good results of surgical treatment of patients without the risk of serious complications.

APPLYING SULFATED GLYCOSAMINOGLYCANS IN OPHTHALMOLOGY [№ 12 ' 2012]
Excessive cicatrization after tissue damage is an actual problem of ophthalmology. Sulfated glycosaminoglycans is a promising substance for studying and applying in clinic to reduce inflammation, control reparative processes and prevent scarring.
