NUTRITIONAL AND PRODUCTIVE ACTION OF BRAN, MODIFIED IN THE PRESENCE OF PARTICULATE IRON [№ 10 ' 2012]
In work the experimental data showing modifying action of different types of processings (the microwave oven andultrasound) on otrubny a product in the presence of iron microparticles are presented. In experiment of "in vitro" the fact of increase of bioavailability of substances of a product subjected to processing is elicited. On the "in vivo" model effect of the processed bran in a combination with metal microparticles on an organism of chickens is shown rostostimuliruyushchy.

STUDY OF ERYTHROCYTE INSULIN TRANSPORT IN NORMAL AND FIRST TYPE DIABETES CONDITIONS [№ 2 ' 2010]
The experiments to compare the distribution coefficients between erythron and insulin plasma and a number of hydrophobic and hydrophilic hormones showed that the insulin transport, compared to transport of other protein hormones, is the equivalent use of serum and erythrocyte mechanisms. It is shown that in first type diabetes, a significant increased erythrocyte systems contribution to the delivery of insulin to peripheral tissues occurred, due to decreased insulin inclusion in the blood plasma hormonal transport complex.

CYTOGENETIC ANALYSIS IN MONITORING OF SOILS POLLUTED BY TECHNOLOGY-RELATED MICROELEMENTS [№ 4 ' 2009]
Cytogenetic analysis revealed mutagenic hazard from the discharged waters of gas-processing industry as factors for microelement pollution of soils. A model experiment was conducted to determine the role of Ni and its antagonists Cu and Zn in the mutagenic background formation. The experiment considers pre-mutation events occurred in plant cells.

DYNAMICS OF MICROELEMENT STRUCTURE OF SOIL AND PLANTS, EXPOSED BY DISCHARGING WATERS OF GAS-TRANSFERING INDUSTRY [№ 10 ' 2004]
The analysis of dynamics of microelement structure of soil and plants was made in this article in frame of ecological monitoring of agricultural irrigated fields, where discharging waters of Orenburg gas and chemical complex are used. Nickel soil pollution and intensive savings of microelements with excess of maximum possible doses were discovered at that. Because of pollution of soil and plants by metals it is recommended to stop exploitation and begin reclaiming of this soil.

This work is devoted to the biotesting of man - caused environment pollution by the wastes of gas - transferring enterprises. Water extractions of soil of agricultural fields of irrigation (AFI) of Orenburg gas - chemical complex (OGChC) were examined.
