SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL PORTRAITS OF THE TEACHERS OF THE TRANS-URALS IN THE SECOND HALF OF THE XIX — EARLY THE XX CENTURIES [№ 3 ' 2017]
The object of the study was the history of the regional system of education the second half of the XIX — early of the XX centuries. Is it no secret that in domestic public consciousness dominated idealized conceptions and evaluations of employees of pedagogical work for a long time. The article analyzes the images of the provincial teachers of the Trans-Urals. Necessary to understand socio-psychological stereotypes influenced on the shaping of their images. For consummation of this aim several question was set. What motivation determines the behavior of educators? How did the processes of their adaptation in the environment where they fell? What conflicts are faced by the teachers? In the article on special examples considered the problem of motivation of actions of teachers, their adaptation to existence in rural and provincial environment. Public opinion stand for the emancipation of women. Pedagogy was one of the few areas where a competent woman was able to realize themselves professionally. In general, the teachers were guided by the idea of serving people, borrowed from the tops of the passing of feudal society. Their Patriarchal environment proceeded from the alienation of the individual teacher, which created ground for conflicts. At the same time expected the possibility of using the teacher as a mediator between the local society and the larger world. The results of the study show that in public consciousness the figure of the teacher was mythologized. Work of teacher was seen as a heroic act and as a necessary atoning sacrifice. All the social forces it was assumed that the education system should be based on impersonal values. This dominance over the individual and private interests were devalued human life and overshadow the pragmatic side of education. The economic success of post-reform Russia is not quite consistent with the level of cultural development. As a result, graduates and graduates of educational institutions who have chosen the field of teachers, focused not so much on the “boring” daily work, but to achieve a lofty goal, direct participation in the creation of an ideal society.

ON EFFICIENCY OF ALGORITHM OF PATIENTS WITH ACUTE ISCHEMIC STROKE [№ 3 ' 2015]
Ischemic stroke does not lose its relevance, which is associated with high morbidity and mortality. Despite the fact that in recent times due to serious organizational efforts to identify some positive trends, the situation remains extremely tense. Especially severe acute ischemic stroke which lasts up to 7 days. In addition, different strokes for localization, severity, dynamics of the pathological process, as well as the presence of concomitant pathology and background. All these aspects influence the course and outcome of disease. It was developed a special algorithm for the management of patients with ischemic stroke. To check the efficiency of the algorithm were taken two groups of patients: a group of algorithm and control group. The patient groups were matched by initial stroke severity, localization, pathogenic subtypes, as well as age and sex of patients. Thus, in the group of patients in the management of which the algorithm used, take into account the average severity on admission. That in turn led to a reduction of the patient to find the resuscitation bed. Results of the study proved the effectiveness of the algorithm for decision support in the management of patients with ischemic stroke in the acute phase of the disease in terms of moving the patient within a stroke unit. The algorithm can be recommended for use in the treatment of patients with this nosology. We note that for the period of study of the effectiveness of the algorithm hospitalized stroke patients through intensive care structure increased from 91 to 98 %.

HETEROGENEITY OF ISCHEMIC STROKE FROM POSITION OF MATHEMATICAL MODELING [№ 1 ' 2011]
Based on analysis of 650 cases of ischemic stroke according to TOAST criteria, it was showed that the atherothrombotic subtype of ischemic stroke is the most common situation (p<0,05). As a result of analysis of major clinical and paraclinical signs of ischemic stroke in the most acute period we developed two models of the possible fatality dependence on the severity of atherothrombotic and cardioembolic stroke subtypes, which improves the quality of the disease prediction. In patients with severe stroke, more favorable prognosis occurred in atherothrombotic pathogenic subtype, compared with cardioembolic stroke (p<0,05). Synergy features of the developed models were shown.

APPLICATION OF GEOINFORMATION SYSTEMS FOR MARKETING MANAGEMENT AND ANALYSIS [№ 10 (app.1) ' 2005]
Modern technologies of processing and analysis of data are realized using automatic information systems. In marketing they use marketing information systems. Today integral information systems are more often used for the solution of marketing tasks. They are based on marketing information systems (MIS) and geoinformation systems (GIS). These are the so called geomarketing information systems (GMIS).

DIRIGIBLE NEUROMETABOLIC CEREBROPROTECTION IN THE ACUTEST PERIOD OF ISCHEMIC STROKE [№ 7 ' 2004]
The article is devoted to dirigible neurometabolic cerebroprotection, a new method of ischemic stoke treatment in its acutest period. The essence of the method is in working-out of the diazepam infusion speed control principals. Application of the method give the possibility of certain improvement of ischemic stroke outcome in the acutest period.

MATHEMATICAL MODELLING OF THE ISCHEMIC STROKE CRUTIAL PERIOD [№ 6 ' 2004]
The article is devoted to the questions of the ischemic stroke forecasting. Original balling methods of clinical, paraclinical and anamnestic signs revealing the ischemic stroke were worked out. Following the carried out regressive analysis the phenomenon of the lethality threat increase with relatively little stroke change was revealed. In this case the stroke becomes a serious illness.
