BEHAVIOR OF CLONAL APPLE-TREE STOCKS IN MANIFOLDS AND NURSERY UNDER STEPPE ZONE CONDITIONS OF THE SOUTH URAL ^{[№ 6 ' 2010]}
The article studies issues of growing clonal apple-tree stocks inside manifold of vertical layers, defines barking of sprouts, bush output, unit area output. Observations over seedlings growth have been kept on the I and II fields of a nursery. The promising clonal stocks have been marked out at the reproduction stage in 3 zones of operation: dwarf stocks — К-2, Ural 1, 76-23-2, Arm-18, Р-60; semidwarf — 64-143, Ural 5, 54-118; full-grown — 70-20-20.

The article contains analysis of peculiar features of the unity of object of technical knowledge. The author comes to a conclusion that due to interdependence of the object of knowledge and technical knowledge itself, the structure of technical knowledge has an imprint of the object structure (“direct dependence”), while always changing object of technical knowledge alters the structure of this knowledge indirectly through all complex of knowledge levels, different social institutionss etc. ("indirect dependence").

The author analyzes peculiarities of modern technical knowledge. In this article it is proved that fundamental and application knowledge can be distinguished not only in scientific technical knowledge but in technical knowledge on the whole. The borders between fundamental and application knowledge are relative and nimble. According to "time and place" of using the same technical knowledge can be both as fundamental as application.

The article provides information about the growing of clonal apple and pear stocks in the production environments. On the basis of the best stocks 64-143, Ural-2, Ural-5 plantings are grown up to 80% in fruit-tree nurseries of Orenburg Oblast.

The researched material of wild and become wild forms of apple tree and pear tree in different landscapes complexes of steppe zone of Euro-Asian steppe including urban conditions is given in this article. Observations were made at condition of plantings; harvests, size of fruits and seed production were determined to select forms for using as stock.

This work is devoted to the problems of institutional matrixes transformation, composed the base of social-economic systems (SES). From the position of systematic approach supposed the synthesis of historical-economic science and evolutional economy, theory of institutional matrixes and systems theory, and also principals of philosophy and social science in frames of this research, historical-economic reconstruction is passed and on its base transformational processes at the system of base institutions of social environment allowing making conclusions of forecasting character concerning possible vectors of further development of SES are modeled. Revealed regularities are correlated with existing historical-statistical materials and scientific conclusions of other researchers.
