Davydova О.К., Nikiyan Н.N. 1,3-DIHYDROXY-4-HEXYLRESORCINOL INCREASES BACTERIAL CELLS SENSITIVITY TO DAMAGING ACTION OF CARBON NANOMATERIALS [№ 7 ' 2017] The relevance of disinfecting of objects of the environment is defined by need of interruption of the main ways of bacterial infections transfer. To achieve this goal, non-reagent (physical) and reagent (chemical) methods are currently used. At the same time the first ones generally include ultraviolet treatment, and the second ones —treatment with oxidants or specially selected chemical compounds. However, over time, microorganisms develop protective mechanisms for such damaging effects, so it seems possible to sensitize (increase the sensitivity) bacterial cells to already known disinfectants, and to develop new disinfectants that realize previously unknown mechanisms of antibacterial activity. In presented work increase in sensitivity of bacterial cells to damaging action of carbon nanomaterials (fullerenes and carbon nanotubes) by use of 1,3-dihydroxy-4-hexylbenzene is shown. Its action on bacterial cells significantly increases their surface affinity, strengthening of the subsequent influence of carbon nanodisinfectants and facilitating the removal of aggregates of bacterial cells and the nanocarbon particles acting on them from the media to be purified. The experimental studies form a basis for development of innovative nanodisinfectants and their compositions interesting for practical use in a disinfectology, sanitation and hygiene.
Davydova О.К. ASPECTS OF PRACTICAL USE OF ALKYLRESORCINOLS BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES [№ 13 ' 2015] The problem of identification of organism adaptation mechanisms to extreme influences in most cases includes questions of influence of oxidizing stress, therefore a search of antioxidants of a plant and microbic origin, and also development of the concept of nonspecific mechanisms of a cellprotection against active forms of oxygen becomes still more actual. In the work discussion of various biological effects of alkylresorcinol (AR) allowing to use them for development of biomedical technologies and preparations, and also own experimental studies of antioxidant activity of AR in in vitro, in vivo and in silico models of an oxidizing stress which allowed to range differing with length and an arrangement of the alkylradical of AR, to receive an assessment of their direct effects in system of superoxide-anion generation, influences on change of topological properties of molecules of DNA, and also a contribution to modulation of the damaging effect of active forms of oxygen on a cell is presented. The received results were used when receiving on the basis of AR the liposomalstructures by various methods, their sizes investigation, stability in various storage conditions, encapsulation potential by the example of introduction of a fluorescent probe and an additional antioxidant — α-tocopherol, and also cytotoxicity estimationby the example of cellular test systems. Taking into account the obtained data about ARbiological activities, scientifically based approaches for creation on their basis cosmeceutical composition for protection of skin against extreme influences are offered.

FIGURATIVE NOMINATONS OF PERSON IN RUSSIAN AND CHINESE PROVEBS [№ 11 ' 2015] At a present time proverbs like a genre of oral folk arts remain valuable linguistic material, because they are stereotypes of folk consciousness, they reflect folklife culture by entire signs and by units of their composition. Proverbs keep and reproduce traditions of mentality, being constants of outlook of a whole ethnic group. At a present time saving and study of proverbs like ethnic culture elements let to understand world and to be intercultural exchange of different nations under conditions of globalization. Chinese proverbs aren't enough explored by our scientists. In this context study of Chinese and Russian proverbs is important and promising in comparative aspect. In particular it is needed with a view to improve the quality of language competence of students who learn Chinese in the Center of Chinese language and culture in Orenburg State University and to improve the quality of language competence of foreign students who learn Russian in the Center of Slavic languages and cultures in Orenburg State University. Word-formative manners of nomination are underproductive in designation of human abilities, therefore this designation is main use of metaphors. Observation and description of language material let to determine zoonyms and phytonyms as more frequency figurative nominations of person in Russian and Chinese proverbs, it is due to leader type of farming, to Russian and Chinese flora and fauna. The study of Russian and Chinese proverbs in comparative aspect lets to explore national and cultural specificity of linguistic means of personality appraisal, appearance, condition of person and other antropocharacteristics. Figurative nominations are these linguistic units, which show outlook of ethnic group to a greater extent than direct nominations.

USE OF THE LUMINESCING STRAINS OF MICROORGANISMS AT RESEARCH OF FULLERENES DERIVATIVES BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY DEPENDENCE ON THEIR SURFACE CHARGE VALUE [№ 10 ' 2015] Production of nanomaterials and their successful application in various spheres causes concern about their uncontrollable receipt in environment and, as a result, impacts on live organisms that raise a question of development of the express analysis of danger/safety of nanomaterials with use original sensory and the reporter test-systems on the basis of luminescent and non-luminescent microorganisms. In the presented work the biological (antimicrobial) activity of С60- and С70-fullerene derivatives is estimated and the mechanisms which are its cornerstone and determined by formation of physical contact with bacterial cell targets are discussed. The method of the bioluminescent analysis was used for determination of concentration of 12 originally synthesized С60- and С70-fullerene derivatives, causing suppression of bioluminescence by 60th minute of contact for 50 % of control values (EC50). It is shown that use of a sensory strain of Escherichia coli K12 TG1 allows to reveal antibacterial activity of a greater number of functionalized fullerene derivatives (at 6 of 12) and the level of sensitivity, than when using Bacillus subtilis B-10548 (at 3 of 12). Application of the modified gel electrophoresis method allowed to estimate the value and the size of electrophoretic mobility of the used С60- and С70-fullerene derivatives and a role of electrostatic interactions in their biological activity. On the basis of the received experimental results it can be concluded that the obtained data can be used for creation of the innovative nanodisinfectants, are of interest to practical use in medicine and veterinary science.

EFFECTS OF SYNTHETIC ALKYLRESORCINOLS ON DNA TOPOLOGICAL CHANGES, MEDIATED BY REACTIVE OXYGEN SPECIES IN VITRO SYSTEM [№ 6 ' 2015] The problem of live systems protection against an oxidizing stress by means of various low-molecular organic compounds capable to neutralize reactive oxygen species attracts the growing interest in search, study and prospects of practical use of both naturaland synthetic antioxidants. Alkylresorcinols known by the function of adaptogens at plants and microorganisms can be also included to their number. In turn, a well-documented effect of alkylresorcinols concerning biopolymers and cells is change of their functional activity and resistance to extreme influences. Because the genetic structure is a one of the most vulnerable targets of various destructive factors, including oxidizing stressinductors, the aim of the work is experimental justification of a role of synthetic alkylresorcinols differing in chemical structure in protection of DNA against reactive oxygen species. The effects of destruction of topologically various molecules of pUC19 plasmid DNA associated with formation of single-stranded breaks and which are expressed in change of a ratio of the supercoiled and nicked molecules under the influence of reactive oxygen species are estimated by agarose gel electrophoresis. The system of photochemical induction of superoxide anion by a spontaneous reoxidation of photoreduced flavin with the subsequent formation of multiple active forms of oxygen is used as a model of an oxidizing stress. The significant prevention of DNA deep degradation in the presence of alkylresorcinols, directly dependent both from length of their alkyl and from the used concentration as compared with the oxidized tests is shown. On the basis of data of infrared spectroscopy the question of possible transformations of alkylresorcinols protecting of DNAconformation in the conditions of an oxidizing stress is discussed. The experimental studies of protector effects ofalkylresorcinol from reactive oxygen species concerning to DNA molecules are forming a basis for pharmaceutical preparations development.

LEGAL AND FINANCIAL ASPECTS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LONG-TERM HOUSING PROGRAM [№ 3 ' 2015] From an economic and social position housing is an important industry and needs to be accelerated development, this may contribute to the development of competent and effective implementation of long-term housing programs. Theoretical research on the problems of financial and legal regulation of the implementation of long-term housing programs devoted to scientific papers E.V. Bardasovoy, T.V. Gritsyuka, V.S. Kusmartsevoy, A.A. Tumanova, Ya.V. Schetinina and others. Despite the large number of works on the subject is marked, there is no comprehensive approach to solving the problems of financial and legal regulation of the implementation of long-term housing programs. Incomplete degree of elaboration of the problem confirms the prospective study the legal and financial aspects of the implementation of long-term housing programs. It should be noted that an important task of the state in the current economic environment is the development of financial security housing and forming an effective legal mechanism for regulating mortgage complex of the Russian Federation. The article reveals financial and legal problems of implementation of long-term housing programs, highlighted the norm of the Housing Code, governing the process of transition to a state housing policy. In the article the basic methods of solving housing problems, namely the purchase of housing at the expense of budget and other funds (without the involvement of their own financial resources); the purchase of the property at the expense of only their own sources of funding; by using a mixed form. Recommendations for improving the structure of the legal mechanism for regulating mortgage complex of Russia: the development of regulatory and legislative acts aimed at regulating market system of mortgage lending; legal regulation of the subsidized mortgage lending system used on the real estate markets.

Furthermore, the efficiency of application of cavitation in the samples for the presence of fuzz bacterial contamination depending on the storage time.

CREATION OF LIPOSOMAL STRUCTURES ON THE BASIS OF ALKYLRESORCINOLS AND THEIR PROPERTIES INVESTIGATION [№ 10 ' 2013] Possibility of receiving of liposomes from alkylresorcinols, distinguished by length of the alkyl radical is investigated. Concentration ranges of liposomal structures formation and their sizes are determined. Possibility of encapsulation of nonpolar substances in the received structures is confirmed; their stability at storage and under the influence of such factors as temperature and processing by ultrasound is also estimated.

SOME SPECIAL FEATURES OF EPIDEMIOLOGY OF THE DISEASES OF CHILDREN, WHICH ARE LOCATED IN THE CONDITIONS OF ORPHANAGE [№ 12 ' 2010] The authors investigated 386 clinic children cards (30) for 2009, located in the stationary establishments child-orphans and children, who remained themselves without the care of parents. Their morbidity and disablement is analyzed. The authors revealed the correlations between the classes of diseases, and are also isolated "satisfactory" and "unhappy" groups of children with the similar collection of diseases and the level of disablement. They determined the unfavorable (critical) period for the children dependent on age, who are located in the conditions of orphanage.

FORMING OF WELL-ORDERED PERMOLECULAR STRUCTURES OF DNA IN WATER SOLUTIONS IN PRESENCE OF ALKYLRESORCINOLS [№ 1 ' 2005] The forming of well-ordered line permolecular structures of high-polymer DNA, happened in water solutions in presence of low-molecular ligands from the group of alkylresorcinols is dangerous. Consistent stages of similar process, beginning with creation of micellesimolar structures on detached filaments of DNA and finishing with their integration in cable structures, surrounded by single alkylresorcinol "cover", are visualized with using of atomic, power and scanning electron microscopy. The model of interaction between these molecules are suggested in this article on the base of represented results, and also earlier got data about changes of physical and chemical characteristics od DNA and alkylresorcinols.
