Lvov L.V., Chernysheva M.V. IMPROVING THE MOTIVES STRUCTURE IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AS A FUNCTION OF MANAGING THE EDUCATION QUALITY IN HIGHER SCHOOL [№ 2 ' 2024] In the study, we examine the experience of improving the structure of motives in the educational process. The problem of improving motivation and the structure of motives in the educational process began with clarifying the set of methodological approaches to research and streamlining the conceptual apparatus of research, identifying factors that determine the content and structure of the designed professional educational environment; determining the type of orientation, the structure of students” motives, personality traits that are significant for learning and professional activity, and the level of development of competencies. The following are justified as conditions for the effectiveness of the educational process: the introduction of the discipline “General management training” for all areas of training in an educational organization, ensuring the priority of student-centeredness, taking into account the socio-psychological characteristics of modern students, relying on vital experience and the pragmatic needs of the student. We proceeded from the provisions on the means to ensure control of the structure and level of motivation, such as: a situation of success based on the complete assimilation of given learning outcomes; instant feedback in the process of completing educational tasks; using a wide range of social and emotional techniques for managing motivation, including gamification, visualization, etc., interacting with partners online, forming training teams, and reflection. The study was carried out in two stages: before the implementation of the pedagogical conditions of 2014–2016. And in the process of implementing pedagogical conditions 2021–2023. The generalized results of testing and expert assessment showed an average level of values for organizational and managerial activities. The work carried out showed that increasing the level of development of universal competencies can be resolved during the development of a special academic discipline in the first year — “General management training”; the structure and expression of motives causes positive changes in the level of development of competencies, therefore, can be used to manage the quality of education.
Chernyshev A.B. CONFIGURATIONAL MODELS OF SPATIAL MEANINGS OF PREPOSITION “PRI” [№ 6 ' 2017] The objective of this article is the analysis of spatial meanings of Russian preposition pri modeling both its principal semantic structure and fragment ‘space’ in the Russian language view of the world. To realize the objective the article describes a theory of spatial grammar, from which a concept of dynamical space associated with motion to the object through specific human perception is derived. According to I. Rock’s experiment it is concluded that the object that surrounds or in some other way dominates the other object tends to become a reference system and as such is perceived immovable. This experiment is likely to presume attribution of generic community relations to Nature and, therefore, personification of Nature. This peculiarity of world perception has the decisive influence on language reflection of motion and entails to project its model in semantics of prepositions. This model can be described within the grammar of spatial description. Under such approach a preposition is regarded as a relator in the given “scene”. The semantic net of the preposition is stipulated by a cognitive model, which means a schematic mental pattern intrinsic to the language unit. Among spatial configurations of preposition pri ‘domain of active source’ and ‘presence’ are derived. The analysis of spatial meanings of the preposition entails a conclusion that the preposition pri models a special type of spatial relations that presume embodiment of one object in the domain of the other one. This domain makes some limit of the described space, enabling to regard this second object as a source having a ‘putative’ activity.
Garitskaya M.Yu., Chekmareva O.V., Chernysheva K.S., Aleeva O.N. EVALUATION OF CHEMICAL CONTAMINATION AND DEGRADATION OF SOILS IN THE INFLUENCE ZONE OF VAKHITOVSKY FIELD [№ 5 ' 2016] Orenburg region is rich in minerals, the main ones are gas and oil, in its depths explored more than 2 500 deposits of 75 kinds of minerals, and in terms of reserves and mining region is among the leading group of regions of Russia, this industry has a significant impact on environment. Soil pollution by oil and oil products refers to a very popular type of negative anthropogenic impacts, especially in the industrial regions of Russia. A key element in the chain of the environmental impacts of oil pollution is a change in the species composition of vegetation and reducing its productivity until the complete destruction of all plants in the contaminated area. Investigated the problem of soil contamination in the zone of influence Vakhitovsky deposits (Orenburg region). Vakhitovskoe oil field is located in Perevolotskaya district, 32 kilometers north of the regional center Perevolotskiy.Mestorozhdenie was commissioned in 1995, is currently 20 wells listed in the mining fund. Soils were analyzed for the content of acid impurities, metals, benzo (a) pyrene, petroleum and pH. They were calculated: the concentration of pollutants, concentration ratio relative to the background impurities values in soil and soil contamination indicator chemical profiling using the method. Identify priority among the impurities of acidifying substances and metals. A ranking by total chemical pollution of soils, which showed that issleduyumuyu contact area at a distance of 1 500 meters from the source of pollution can be attributed to the zone of ecological emergency. Identify indicators phytotoxicity of soil from which it follows that the soil in the zone of influence in the fields Vakhitovsky rasstoryanii up to 1 500 meters are highly degraded.

Chernyshyev A.A. INNOVATION POLICY IS THE PRIORITY OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT [№ 10 (app.1) ' 2005] The Orenburg region abounds in unique possibilities. The sustainable development of the region’s social and political and social processes, natural bosoms riches, maturity of transport infrastructure, economics’ energy saturation and the existence of experienced force substantiate our region’s investment attraction. Today’s task is to provide with stable rates of economic growth due to the creation of the manufacturing able to replace the import ones on the basis of science intensive technologies. Our main objective is to provide with fitting application of the regional scientists’ potential while fulfilling the state’s strategic plans, raise on the new stage of development. The regional leadership’s principal position is that a region’s science must become the most active guide of social development’s new strategy. As the result this will provide Russia’s transfer to innovation way of development.
