Beroeva E.A. REVITALIZATION THE TEACHERS INDEPENDENT WORK IN THE MOODLE E-LEARNING SYSTEM IN THE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS IMPLEMENTATION [№ 4 ' 2019] Informatization of education creates new conditions and opportunities for educational practice. It is urgent to address the problem of organizing independent work in the new modern conditions of the system of professional development, the study of the possibilities of full-time training with Internet support. The use of e-learning system and distance learning technologies on the basis of educational platforms plays a big role in the organization of training for advanced training programs. The aim of the study was to determine the educational means of activation of independent work of teachers in the system of electronic learning environment Moodle in the implementation of training programs. As a result of theoretical study of scientific and pedagogical literature it is revealed that in the system of professional development pedagogical potential of activation of independent work of teachers in the system of electronic learning environment Moodle is insufficiently disclosed. We understand independent work of teachers in the system of professional development as purposeful, internally motivated cognitive activity aimed at solving the system of professional tasks, meeting educational needs and professional deficits in the sphere of educational work and controlled by the subject himself. Activation of independent work of the teacher is carried out at the expense of ability to choose ways, forms and technologies of professional self-development and self-education on the basis of the analysis of own professional activity and design of a trajectory of further professional growth. Presents the experience of using elements of courses, programs of excellence in e-learning environment Moodle for the organization of independent work of students and the implementation of pedagogical interaction. Activization of independent work of teachers in e-learning environment Moodle facilitates the development of professional competence of the teacher in the training system, formation of readiness to use electronic resources of information educational environment in the implementation of educational programs.

MODERN PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IMPLEMENTATION IN THE TEACHER PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT IN THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM [№ 3 ' 2019] The socio-economic realities of modern society naturally put forward the need to update the education system. A teacher is required to be able to find new ways to improve training and education, purposefully achieve productive results in the profession. The implementation of modern pedagogical technologies in the system of advanced training provides for the construction of an individual educational trajectory of the teacher’s professional self-development. The aim of the study was to determine the educational effectiveness of the implementation of modern pedagogical technologies in the development of professional competence of a teacher. As a result of a theoretical study of scientific and pedagogical literature, it was revealed that the pedagogical potential of modern technologies is not sufficiently disclosed in the continuing education system. I understand the professional competence of the teacher as an integrative, continuously improving professional and personal quality, ensuring the productive implementation of labor activity, expressed in the constant desire to master personal-significant professional knowledge and skills, and to master the new educational work in the professional sphere. A characteristic feature of modern pedagogical technologies is the active cognitive activity that stimulates the development of motivation for self-improvement. They have features: focus on the development of those knowledge, skills that correspond to the educational needs and professional deficiencies of the student; ensuring active cognitive activity of subjects of education; motivation for self-development. As a result of the pedagogical experiment, I established a positive dynamics in the level of development of professional competence of students who were trained under the continuing education program using modern pedagogical technologies. The implementation of modern pedagogical technologies contributes to the development of professional competence of a teacher in a continuing education system.

INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL TRAJECTORY AS A MEANS OF DEVELOPING THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF A SPECIALIST IN THE SYSTEM OF ADDITIONAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION [№ 10 ' 2017] In the article the ways of development of professional qualities of professional competence are considered. The essence of the professional competence of a specialist is determined by the willingness to solve actual and prospective problems and tasks. Forms and methods of constructing an individual educational trajectory are determined, which, within the framework of the system of additional vocational education, make it possible to achieve the intended goal. Methods for constructing individual educational trajectories of trainees in the system of additional professional education are proposed. Conditions for designing individual educational trajectories of a specialist are considered. The educational process in the framework of training for an additional professional program is presented on the basis of a modular approach. The planning of the learning process is structured in such a way that trainees have the opportunity to choose the learning paths within each module, depending on the degree of complexity of the materials presented.

The most important direction of development of professional competence is a definition perspective of value orientations. The essence of professional competence of a specialist is determined by the willingness to solve current and prospective problems and tasks. The study of the value consciousness of the expert, allows deeper to reveal the underlying mechanisms of its work and value orientations that underlie their professional competence. Value orientations are an essential component of professional consciousness of the expert, is a regulator of professional conduct specialist. The development of professional competence from the perspective of the implementation of axiological approach presented on the example of the work of the Intersectoral regional center for advanced training and professional retraining of specialists of the Orenburg state University. Based on the experience of implementation of additional professional programs, pedagogical conditions of development of professionally significant values of a specialist. In the system of additional professional education is the development of professional competence, forming the axiological basis of intellectual development and moral and spiritual formation specialist.
