Dragunova Yu.E., Atykyan N.A., Revin V.V. EFFECT OF DEGREE OF GRINDING GRAIN RAW AND PRE-ACTIVATION OF YAST FOR ALCOHOL YEILDS [№ 10 ' 2012] Ultrarefined particles of grain with size up to 250 nm were obtained. This refinement increases the output of simple sugars, even without prior enzymatic hydrolysis as was shown. The possibility of using a low (less than 60°C) temperature of enzymatic hydrolysis compared to classical schemes for the temperature treatment of grain mash was investigated. Was revealed that the use of nanostructured grain raw material and pre-activation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae allows to intensify the process of obtaining of ethanol, as result in fermentation medium it accumulates to 8,6%.
Revin V.V., Atyikyan N.A., Kostina E.G., Gogotov I.N. CALCIUM INFLUENCE UPON CHANGE OF CELL LIPIDS COMPOSITION OF RHODOCOCCUS ERYTHROPOLIS АС-858 Т IN THE COURSE OF BATCH AND SEMICONTINUOUS FERMENTATION IN ENVIRONMENTS WITH DIFFERENT HEXADECANE CONCENTRATION [№ 11 ' 2008] The authors investigate accumulation of total lipids and changes of phospholipid composition of cells of Rhodococcus erythropolis ВКМ Ас-858 Т depending on ion Ca2+ and hexadecane concentration in nutrient medium. It is shown that for growth and lipids accumulation of this bacterium in modified medium of Towson the optimum Ca2+ content is 4 mg/l, and hexadecane – 1%. In the course of fermentation the qualitative composition of phospholipids does not change, though their quantitative correlation alters. They used optimized medium for semicontinuous fermentation of bacteria by hemicontinuous method to get maximum biomass and lipids output, and that was done under 60% oxygenation of medium.
Kadimaliev D.A., Atykjan N.A., Nadezhina O.S. EFFECT OF FUNGAL AND HORSE-RADISH PEROXIDASES ON LIGNINCARBOHYDRATE COMPLEX OF A BIRCH AND A PINE WOOD [№ 9 ' 2004] The influence of peroxidase of lignolitic mushroom Panus (Lentinus) tigrinus and a horse-radish on lignocarbohydrate complex of wood of a birch and a pine depend from рН environments and presence of peroxides of hydrogen. Oxidation of an aromatic part of a lignine component of lignocarbohydrate complexes by mushroom peroxidase occured at рН 7,0 at the presence of peroxide of hydrogen. In absence of peroxide, enzyme from a mushroom and a horse-radish caused secondary polymerization of low-molecular fragments the LUK.
Kadimaliev D.A., Revin V.V., Atykjan N.A. THE INFLUENCE OF POLYMERIC SUBSTRATA ON BIOSYNTHESIS OF ENZYMES OF LYNGOLITIC COMPLEX BY MUSHROOM P.TIGRINUS [№ 5 ' 2003] The influence of polymeric substrata on process of biosynthesis of enzymes of lyngolitic complex by mushroom P.tigrinus BKM F-3616D at deep cultivation is investigated. It is shown, that entering of celloginine on medium reduces the activity of enzymes of lyngolitic complex. Birch sawdust in concentration of 2 % raise Mn-peroxidatic and glucosooxidatic and in concentration of 5 % laccatic and peroxidatic activity.
