PECULIARITIES OF HEMODYNAMIC CHANGES UNDER THE PERICARDIUM PUNCTURE While investigating the central hemodynamics indices before and after pericardium puncture conduction it was stated that the possibility of heart's systolic dysfunction may appear. The patients who suffer from the myocardial insufficiency and slowly appearing pericardium effusion are more prone to it. The reason is the decrease of the pericardium support function. The dynamic echocardiographical observation is carried out for timely diagnostic of the complication.
