CONSIDERATION OF CRIME REPORTS BY THE BODIES OF INQUIRY OF FEDERAL BAILIFF SERVICE OF RUSSIA ^{[№ 3 ' 2013]}
The article is devoted to peculiarities of conducting a pre-investigation check of the information about crimes by bodies of inquiry of Federal Bailiff Service of Russia. Addressed to the issue of meaning of documents and materials received in the course of the operation. On the basis of law-enforcement practice it is suggested that there should be more detailed regulation of the verification procedure in criminal procedural law. Ways of doing this, which should be laid down by the CPC RF, are defined more precisely.
