CONTENT OF HEAVY METALS IN FRUITS ROSA MAJALIS HERRM., GROWING IN THE PARK ZONES OF THE CITY OF ORENBURG [№ 8 ' 2017]
Industrial enterprises, transport and man-made landscapes of cities have caused an increase in emissions of harmful substances into the environment. Among these substances, heavy metals play a special role, since they can accumulate in the human body under certain conditions, while disturbing the physiological processes in the body. Heavy metal contamination and accumulation is a serious problem around the world due to the toxicity, abundant sources, non-biodegradable properties, and accumulative behavior of heavy metals. In modern conditions, the term heavy metals is most often considered not from the chemical, but from the medical, biological and ecological points of view. It should be noted that fruit plantations growing in parks and squares of cities are often used by people for food or as medicinal raw materials. In this connection, the question arises of the ability to accumulate heavy metals by representatives of plantings of urban recreation areas. One of the representatives of the green plantings of Orenburg is Rosa majalis Herrm., Which is actively used by citizens as medicinal raw materials. It has been experimentally shown that copper, zinc and lead are often present among the metals that pollute the soils of the city of Orenburg. Fruits Rosa majalis Herrm. in the investigated territories of parks and squares in some cases accumulate heavy metals at a level exceeding the maximum permissible concentration. It has been established that the nature of the content of heavy metals in the studied soil and plant samples is directly related to the nature of contamination of individual sections of Orenburg.

SELECTIVE ACCUMULATION OF HEAVY METALS BY REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ROSACEAE FAMILY IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE CITY OF ORENBURG (ON THE EXAMPLE OF MALUS CERASIFERA SPACH. AND MALUS PRUNIFOLIA (WILLD)) [№ 3 ' 2017]
The main feature of ecosystems of the modern cities is that in them the ecological equilibrium between streams of substance and the energy spent by the population for own consumption and the number of the waste coming to the atmosphere and the soil as a result of activity of the industry, construction and transport is broken. Accumulation in city ecosystems of the heavy metals (HM) which partially accumulate wood and shrubby plants of park zones and street plantings became one of the investigations of this phenomenon. Plants in relation to TM have one important property — selective accumulation thanks to which trees and bushes of different families and types accumulate in the vegetative and generative bodies various heavy metals and in their different quantities. In this regard there is a need for the correct selection of wild and fruit species of the plants applied to gardening of urban areas taking into account structure of pollutants of the urban environment and natural feature of trees and bushes to accumulation of metals. It is experimentally shown that among metals pollutants of soils of the city of Orenburg often there are a copper, zinc and lead. On the example of planting of Malus cerasifera Spach. and Malus prunifolia (Willd.) various extent of accumulation of these TM by generative and vegetative bodies of plants is established. At the same time dependence between concentration of TM in the studied soil and vegetable samples is revealed. Fruits of the studied plants to a lesser extent heat copper, the maximum accumulation is noted at zinc. The obtained data reflect different intensity of accumulation of TM by various bodies of plants of the Rosaceae family. Fruit plantings of the Rosaceae family (in particular Malus cerasifera Spach. and Malus prunifolia (Willd.)) are capable to long-term vegetation in the conditions of considerable technogenic load of ecosystems of the city of Orenburg.

TO THE MECHANISM OF ACCOMMODATIVE ANSWER OF PSEUDOPHAKIA EYES [№ 4 ' 2013]
The relationship of hydrodynamic processes with accommodation is becoming more evidence in the works of various authors. At present relationship of postoperative astigmatism with value of phacoemulsification hypotensive effect were not found. Analysis of the data showed that in astigmatism presence of in the range of 1.5 to 1.75 diopters "defocusing curve" is much lower and wider, reflecting the increase in the depth of field of optical system of the eye. The degree of reduction of intraocular pressure after phacoemulsification depends on the extent of the resulting astigmatism surgery.

MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT PROCESSES AT THE REGIONAL ECONOMY [№ 9 ' 2008]
This article is devoted to the problem of strategy of regional economy restructing. The analysis of the problem showed that one of general factors of stabilization and growth was "regional factor". The author suggests immediate measures of optimization of regional investment processes management.
