Korobetsky ACTIVITY OF STATE POWER LOCAL BODIES OF SOUTHERN URAL ON ASSISTANCE RENDERING TO FAMILIES OF SERVICE-MEN DURING GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR The work experience of state power local bodies of Southern Ural of material-household and finance problems solution of service-men families during Great Patriotic War is summarized in the article. The analysis of their activity allows determining forms and methods of social problems' solution at the present stage, it promotes the creation of effective system of local self-government.
