UNIVERSITY COMPLEX FOR GUARANTEEING OF PERSPECTIVE NEEDS OF REGION DEVELOPMENTDistinctive types of Orenburg state university influence on the development of different spheres of regional community are shown in this article on the base of analysis of university complex development. University complex is represented as developed polifunctional territorial multilevel educational system, integrated with science and researched, production subdivisions, objects of social and cultural meaning. Strategy of complex functioning has the aim to fulfil region order, which is traditional for professional school, and forward guaranteeing of development of staff, scientific and cultural potential of Orenburg region.
