MULTILINGUALITY AS DETERMINANT APPROACH TO THE LANGUAGE POLICY IN MODERN LINQUISTIC EDUCATIONLast time the multilingual conception has bacome determinant in the approach to the problem of the language study. Multilinguality originates as spreading in cultural aspect of individual language expirience from the language used in family to the language used in sociaty and further till studying languages of foreign people. The individual does not "keep" these languages and cultures apart, but forms communicative competence on the base of all knowledge and all language expiriences, where languages are interconnected and interact with each other.
