The article deals with the conversion of nutritious fodder substances info nutritious meat substance. The author of the article comes to the conclusion that high average daily increase in living mass (cows being fed for 3 or 4 months) has led to the intensive protein metabolism, the metabolic fodder energy being converted into main nutritious substances of meat products.
