O.A. Gorban MODULATION SEMANTIC CHANGES IN SEMANTIC STRUCTURE OF OLD RUSSIAN VERBS OF MOVEMENT The functioning of Old Russian paired non-prefixed verbs of movement is considered in this article. The typology of modulation semantic changes is offered here. So, such changes in word semantic structure, at which categorical-lexical sema "movement in space" is kept and verbs remain within the framework of initial lexical-semantic group.
