Yevgenyeva N.A. FUNCTIONS OF REMINISCENCE AS FORMS OF INTERTEXTUALITY The article updated the picture of reminiscences as one form of intertextuality, conducted an analysis of the poem by M.I. Tsvetaeva's "Pied Piper" rfs been conducted in connection with the old German legend as a precedent text in the aspect of identifying the functions of the investigated phenomenon (reminiscences).Key words: intertextuality, reminiscence, function prototext, metatext.
