DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE POPULATION OF MICROORGANISMS IN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS FOODThe kinetic model of growth and reproduction of microorganisms takes into account not only various forms of cells, but also a way to their breeding grounds. Kinetic equations are formulated to allow adequately describe the evolutionary processes of growth, birth and death of microorganisms in bioreactors periodic and continuous action.
