ABOUT THE PROBLEMS OF VALUE BASES FORMATION OF POLITICAL YOUTH SUBCULTURE In article questions of formation of political orientations of youth are considered: features of youth political subculture, formation of positive values of political culture of youth. The author defines a higher school role as the active agent of political axiologisation as the institute reflecting progressive political culture.
