POLITICAL AND SOCIAL-ECONOMIC SUPPOSITIONS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION SUBJECTS’ ENLARGEMENT The important problems of reorganization (enlargement) of the Russian Federation subjects are regarded in this article. For correct understanding of this problem it is necessary to regard in short form the question about correlation of state-administrative system form and political democracy. Here the following fact attracts attention that the majority of modern federal states are democratic at the same time. Political and social-economic aspects play the most important meaning for development of reorganization process.
