FROM THE HISTORY OF STROPHICAL HYPHENATION IN THE RUSSIAN POETRYThe first period in the history of strophical hyphenation which was represented by the experience of the Russian poets of XVIII – beginning of XIX centuries – V.K. Trediakovsky, A.Kh. Vostokov, A.F. Merzlyakov, V.A. Zhukovsky was regarded in this article. Also in this work the role of antique tradition in enrichment of the Russian poetic culture is shown.
