COSMIC PHILOSOPHY OF KONSTANTIN TSIOLKOVSKY At 17 (29) September it will be 150 years from the date of birth of Konstantin Eduardovich Tsiolkovsky (1857-1935), who was the Russian genius thinker and scientist, founder of theoretical cosmonautics and rocket technology. Being original thinker, K.E. Tsiolkovsky was in sources of "The Russian cosmism", which was philosophical trend, expressed in the beginning in conceptions of "conciliarism", "solidarity", "common case", "sophism", "God-manhood", and then in philosophical-scientific works of D.I. Mendeleev, A.A. Bogdanov, V.I. Vernadsky, A.L. Chizhevsky and other scientists.
