SYSTEM APPROACH OF INDUSTRIAL IMMOVABLE PROPERTY ESTIMATION OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN THE PERM REGIONIn the Russian Federation the agricultural production is traditionally perceived as unprofitable. This feature influences the used methods of the industrial real estate estimation of agricultural purpose for the benefit of cost-is-no-object approach. In the given article maintenance is examined of the system approach of an estimation of the specified actives for application of profitable methods which are actual for the investment purposes and a privatization.
