Kravtsov V.I. CITIES CLASSIFICATION AS A CHOICE INSTRUMENT OF ECONOMIC PROCESSES MANAGEMENT LOCAL MODELMiddle town is regarded as a special cluster, independent element and component part of town settlements system. Statistically proved characteristics of its development at post-soviet Russia are revealed in this article. The influences’ directions at city as the management object with the aim of its development are determined here too. Involving in circulation of real estate and incomes of informal economy is regarded as complementary factors of middle town development.
