ENSURING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PRACTICAL TRAINING OF THE FUTURE EXPERTS OF AN AVERAGE LINK IN TERMS OF THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF HIGH SCHOOL [№ 12 ' 2016]
Despite the positive changes in the system of vocational education aimed at improving the quality of training at all levels of education, is currently still possible to observe the level of mismatch of practical training mid-level requirements of the real sector of the economy. The effectiveness of the practical training may be provided by the implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions, taking into account the objective features of modern vocational education system, the individual learning needs of students, and picked akmeologicheskoj level of formation of competences. Based on the understanding of the organizational and pedagogical conditions as the characteristics of the educational system, covering all its methodological levels, they identify us was based on the analysis of the model of vocational training on an example of training of future engineers-designers of clothing production, which is innovative because of the complexity of professional specialist functions and increasing demands, imposed by employers, and educational needs of the person associated with the further continuation of education at higher education level, practice-oriented view of the large proportion of practical training in a training program for future engineers, designers clothing industry, implemented in the university infrastructure. Identified us organizational and pedagogical conditions, implemented at the level of the educational institution, are common, implemented on public-methodological level — private. Our results of forming experiment in the experimental and control groups in the framework of academic and practical training of students, realizing we have identified the organizational and pedagogical conditions, show that the level of formation of competences, formed in the course of practical training, the students of the experimental group than in the control group. This fact leads to the conclusion that the implementation of the identified contact organizational and pedagogical conditions ensures the effectiveness of the practical training of future engineers-designers of clothing manufacture.

THE ANALYSIS OF CLIMATIC STAGES OF BOGS FORMATION ON PEAT'S BOTANICAL STRUCTURE [№ 5 ' 2016]
The botanical structure of different layers of peat in two bog sites of central part of the Kirov region is considered for the purpose of revealing features of peat's botanical structure on different succession stages and the analysis of environmental conditions of formation of a peat deposit. Profiles were putted for the characteristic of botanical structure of a peat deposit up to depth of mineral horizon; their detailed description and peat sampling on layers were spent. Eight trial areas and 8 soil cuts were putted in total; more than hundred soil tests were analyzed. Studying of botanical structure of peat-forming plants on different depth has allowed to assume environmental conditions of formation of corresponding phytocenoses and approximate age of peat deposits. Certain synchronism is traced in a structure of peat masses especially in the top layers though the history of their formation differs. Age of bogs the different. Presence of the "boundary" horizon is characteristic for both sites which characterized by considerable content of the wood rests. The age of this horizon is dated by the end of Atlantic — the beginning of sub-boreal periods. At all stages of bog formation specific structure of peat-forming plants in Zengino bog is more various, than in Karino bog. Probably it is connected with different geological conditions of formation of bogs and, accordingly, with their different geochemical structure. In peat mass of Zengino bog there are plant species which practically do not meet in peat of the Karino bog. Peat in Zengino bog is more richly with mineral components in comparison with peat in Karino bog that promotes increase in a specific variety. Besides on distinctions in formation of peat mass of bogs features of a hydrological mode affect. Studying of botanical structure testifies to alternation of different climatic epoch. In each stage there is a formation of phytosenoses the most adapted for the given climatic factors that is visually reflected in peat (organic) annals of bogs.

OPTIMIZATION OF EXTRUDER GEOMETRICAL PARAMETERS FOR PRODUCING GOODS WITH THE SET QUALITIES [№ 4 ' 2015]
The article provides the analytical description of the extrusion process preparation parameters, characterizing the quality of the products — these are the impulses of shear and normal stresses. The strength of the granules depends on the compressive stress, while mixing and uniformity of the product — on shear stresses, which are essential in the screw, compression and gate array in the die of the extruder. The software system "Calculation of technical and economic parameters of single screw extruders" allows to find the parameters of the extrusion process: efficiency, productivity, the force acting on the working bodies of power, pressing time, the torque pulses of normal and shear stresses. The initial data are used by the geometric and constructive parameters of the extruder screw speed and rheological properties of the material. This article describes how to change the geometric dimensions of the screw changes the momentum of shear stresses. Varying the geometrical dimensions of the screw, the shear stresses for improving the homogeneity of the product increase. Parametric synthesis was performed with the help of the vector optimization software system. The technique of vector optimization auger (change of pace, height and thickness of the blade), and the software tools are described. The results show that by altering geometric parameters, it is possible to obtain extruded products with desired quality characteristics and to optimize the process. The software allows to automate engineer-designer's work in the design and improvement of extrusion technology. This makes it possible at the stage of conceptual design to create the extrusion technique for the production with specified levels of quality, taking into account the constraints on energy consumption of the process.

Self-organization cards (Kokhonen's network) are taken as a basis of model with use of a method main a component at various options of training.

THE CHARACTER'S REGISTRATION OF THE MATERIAL MOVEMENT IN THE SHNEK CANAL IN MATH'S MODELING OF VEGETABLE RAW MATERIAL'S EXTRUDICTION. [№ 1 ' 2003]
The vegetable raw material process of extrudiction widely uses in food industry and in feed preparation. Autogenous regime which is characterized this process in the case of intensive displacement realizes necessary technological influence on the manufacturing object. Transformations, which are taken place in the material, call the change in it's reological properties. It can be considerable in the length of shnek. This fact complicates the math's description of process. In this work there is an attempt to receive the dependence. It allows to calculate approximatly the tension's distribution in length shnek. On the base of it we can do the calculation of the complex parameters of the effect process extrudiction.
