Modern ecological situation in Russia is unfavourable. High anthropoanthropogenic load of territories in aggregate with unfavourable social-economic situation in Russia creates real threat of ecologically dependent diseases distribution. The analysis of blood indexes at allergic diseases which connect with anthropogenic and radioactive pollution of environment is given in this article.

Students living in conditions of high radiation-chemical pollution of environment have essential elongation of latent periods of motional reactions on exogenous stimulus; dose-dependent worsening of stress-stability indexes; deflection from level of useful norm in indexes of anxiety level in comparison with persons of the same age from ecologically clear regions.

Indexes of cardiovascular system condition functioning of pupils studied at general education, humanitarian and mathematical classes were studied in this article. Children studied at mathematical classes had tension of regulatory mechanisms of blood circulation system at the end of studied year which dictated the necessity of higher attention from the side of medical-prophylactic services to the given contingent of students.
