DEMANDS TO A HEAD OF AUTONOMOUS ORGANIZATIONS ^{[№ 1 ' 2010]}
The result of the budget reforms development will be the transfer of some state organizations into autonomous. At the same time the activity of a head of such organizations will be more difficult. The results of the organization work in new economic-legal status in many respects depend on characteristics, which a head has. In this connection the demands to characteristics of such head are regarded in this article.
