In article questions of modeling of architecture of the enterprises in aspect of ideology of design of the resource-saving organizations are considered. The analysis of such modern forms of economic activity as the virtual enterprises as a whole and the virtual information and consulting enterprises in particular is carried out. For the purpose of efficiency increase functioning virtual the enterprises are offered various approaches to modeling of their architecture, process and object approaches are considered. Authors offer to apply object and process approach to development of architecture of the virtual consulting enterprise.

INFLUENCE THE ELECTRON-PHONON INTERACTION ON THE PROBABILITY OF EMISSION OF CHARGE CARRIERS WITH DEEP LEVELS [№ 4 ' 2014]
We obtain an expression for the probability of transition from the recombination center with electron-phonon interaction. It is shown that with increasing heat, which determines the variance form functions to the transition probability increases rapidly. This can lead to high values of reverse current semiconductor structures in the space charge which contain vacancy-impurity complexes.

EFFECT OF ELECTRON-PHONON INTERACTION ON THE REVERSE CURRENT-VOLTAGE CHARACTERISTICS P-N-JUNCTION [№ 3 ' 2014]
The paper shows the important role of electron-phonon interaction in the formation of the magnitude of the reverse current. Excessive reverse currents caused by the acceleration of thermal emission in strong electric fields. This acceleration is enhanced under the influence of electron-phonon interaction. In this paper we developed an algorithm for calculating the amount of reverse currents on the basis of data obtained from the analysis of current-voltage characteristics.

The patients of childhood and adolescence with essential hypertension without visual complaints were examined. Disturbances of regional hemodynamics in the orbit vessels, sensory perception and neuronal interactions in the absence of significant ocular symptoms of hypertensive angiopathy were identified.

AGE GHANGES IN CALF BLOOD MORPHOLOGY FROM TECHNOGENIC PROVINCE OF ORENBURG REGION [№ 12 ' 2006]
The impact of adverse environmental factors on blood morphology of various age calf groups (form birth to 6-month age) compared to reference group from Orenburg Region farms. Content of erythrocytes in calf blood from environmentally clean area exceeded the analogous indicator of their contemporaries from technogenic province for 9-15%, content of hemoglobin – for 9-12%, leucocytes – for 7-8%.
