The paper addresses the problem of depressed areas of municipal purposes in the modern city space. Design, but mainly the reconstruction of the cemeteries located within the city limits. It analyses the features and specifics of the Russian Orthodox cemeteries as the objects of the landscape and historic architecture. It defines new opportunities to introduce creative artistic approach to the problems associated with depressive perception of these characteristic places.

WINTER PABULAR SWARM OF RAVEN BIRDS IN PSKOV TOWN ^{[№ 10 ' 2007]}
Observations’ data for winter pabular of raven birds on big places of feeding in Pskov town at winters 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 years is given in this article. Regularities of distribution of raven birds’ different types on big places of feeding against to nature conditions changes and peculiarities of feed base are marked out here. Flying away if raven birds from urbanized complexes and peculiarities of feeding decrease feed competition between birds and allow them using the areas of wintering wider.
