GEOLOGIC-STRUCTURAL POSITION OF COMPLEX SULFIDE ORE BEDS IN THE ZONE OF JOINT OF MAGNITOGORSKY FLEXURE AND EAST-URAL RISE ^{[№ 10 ' 2004]}
The allocation of ore centres in the indicated region is linear- zoned. Geologic-structural position of ore beds are controlled with deep permeable zones in a framing of granite and gneiss rises. Tectonic zones have a character of main slide-thrust and discharge-displacement zones. Morphologically difficult sulfide beds are localized on the parts of paleovolcanic depressions, formed in a middle palaeozoic. Ore bodies connect with protovolcanic horst-anticlinal structures spatially. Perspective parts are taken place on the slopes of horst-anticlinal rises, permeated with granitoids of Magnitogorsky intrusive complex.

The article considers typical geologic conditions of golden ore, base metal and precious metals localization. Ore sites are controlled by tectonic zones of dynamometamorphic antique ettle, which encases chunk reclamations of gneissic granite.

ALKENYLATION OF PHENOL BY OLEFINES AND SPIRITS AT PRESENCE OF SULFURIC ETHER OF GLYCOL ^{[№ 6 ' 2003]}
In the article the results of experimental researches on alkenation of phenols by unsaturated hydrocarbons are given both at the presence of the catalyst - sulfuric ether of glycol, and at its absence. The results of interpretation of the received products of synthesis are given by results of the spectrometer analysis, the mechanism of process of alkenylation of phenol by olefines is offered.
