SCREEN MEDIA AND HUMAN ECOLOGY: FROM CHARMING TO JOINING [№ 12 ' 2017]
The authors of the article made an attempt to comprehend the process of the influence of the on-screen mass media on public opinion in the context of human ecology. As a result of the study of manipulative media technologies (the most powerful of them are on-screen technologies), in the homo-ecology the critical analyzing perception of media texts in the subject-subject (democratic) model of communication is considered optimal, but not ritualized uncritical, inherent in the subject-object (transmitting) model. The audiovisual screen speeds up communication postulating visibility and simulates a new reality, not the same in the case of different communication processes or different media. But any screen is a means of access to another space. The authors analyze two variants of screen space: cinematography and television. Cinema screen reality is a means of “enchantment” which abstracts from the viewer’s reality and draws him into its special space. The TV screen has a natural feature of joining the existing process. During the telecast, the physical parameters of the waves are deciphered by instruments but for the viewer these are phenomena of the unconscious. Cinema reality is sovereign but TV reality is actively projected onto the reality of the viewer, turning into its expansion. As a result, the authors come to the following conclusion: the information field is not equal to the physical field containing the ontological equivalent of the significance (shot) and the means of its transmission (signal). Gnoseologically linearity of physical influence of television is overcome at the level of moral space where feedback is formed. The feedback can be an indicator of the dynamics of information impact. In the model of subject-subject information relations the problem of the difference in the culture of thinking is not so much important as the discrepancy between the moral development of the journalist and the audience which is the main barrier for establishing a connection.Gnoseologically linearity of physical influence of television is overcome at the level of moral space where feedback is formed. In the model of subject-subject information relations the problem of the difference in the culture of thinking is not so much important as the discrepancy between the moral development of the journalist and the audience which is the main barrier for establishing a connection. The authors raise the question: is it possible to talk about information ecology if in the process of using screen technologies with their enchanting potential the human will is suppressed, the orienting and exploratory reflexes of the spectators are suppressed, and their behavior is programmed by the joining process. The article has an interdisciplinary character.

RESEARCH OF CYTOKINES BALANCE IN PATIENTS AFTER FISTULIZING ANTIGLAUCOMATOUS SURGERY [№ 12 ' 2015]
Effect of fistulazing surgery in glaucoma is reduced in every third case in 1–3 years after the intervention. Prevention of inappropriate inflammatory reaction and an attempt to "control" the healing process allow to prolong the hypotensive effect and increase the effectiveness of these interventions. Understanding of the course of postoperative regenerative-reparative process and knowledge of the factors that determine the duration and sequence of its phases at both the local and systemic levels, these approaches do pathogenetically justified. The study of the lacrimal fluid by enzyme immunoassay with determination of the level of interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and isoforms of 121 and 165 of family of vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF-A. The patients (n = 42) with uncompensated glaucoma were examined. The control group included healthy subjects (n = 18). The dynamics of pro-inflammatory and pro-angiogenic cytokines in terms of the day before, on the 3rd day and after 2 months after surgery was examined. The level of interleukin-8 was (656,8 ± 205,7) / (656,8 ± 205,7) / (175 ± 89,3) pg/ml. Interleukin-6 — (23,28 ± 9,03) / (47,7 ± 25) / (33,0 ± 92) pg/ml. Level of 121 and 165 isoforms of the VEGF family A — (703,8 ± 379,4) / (364,4 ± 150) / (590 ± 230,7) pg/ml (quantitative values are in the order of timeline). In the group of patients receiving prolonged scheme of anti-inflammatory therapy, with the inclusion Restasis ®, the final level of IOP was significantly lower (p < 0.05), as well as the number of patients with a successful outcome of the surgery. Dynamics of proinflammatory cytokines IL-8 and IL-6 indicates the initial changed local tissue reactivity and confirms the course of inflammatory response during for at least 2 months of the postoperative period. Dynamics of isoforms 121 and 165 of the VEGF family confirms long-term nature of processes of fibroplasy and vasculogenesis and justifies the possible inclusion of angiogenesis inhibitors in postoperative rehabilitation of patients. Determination of cytokine balance of lacrimal fluid justifies the schema of postoperative rehabilitation of patients after fistulizing antiglaucomatous surgery. The dynamics of pro-inflammatory IL-8 and IL-6 interleukins indicates the initial changes in local tissue reactivity and confirmed the inflammatory response during for at least 2 months of the postoperative period. Dynamics of isoforms 121 and 165 of the VEGF family confirms long-term nature of processes of fibroplasy and vasculogenesis and justifies the possible inclusion of angiogenesis inhibitors in postoperative rehabilitation of patients.

MICRORHEOLOGY OF BRICK CLAYS FROM ORENBURG REGION [№ 1 ' 2014]
We investigated the dependence of the viscosity of water-clay suspensions from the dispersion of the particles. To identify the dominant physical and chemical processes occurring in the system "clay — water" applied Khodakov's rheological model. Determined that the main parameters influencing the suspension viscosity, are: the actual volume concentration of the solid phase, diminished in the process of interaction of clay with water, and the relative amount of occluded aggregates of particles of the dispersion medium depends on the dispersion of clay particles.

EXPERIMENTAL-HISTOLOGICAL STUDIES OF REPARATIVE PROCESSES IN THE INJURY OF MAXILLOFACIAL AREA IN TERMS OF INFECTION (NEUROBIOLOGICAL ASPECTS) [№ 1 ' 2012]
In the experiment on the created model of rat's down jaw break by impact of controlled power processes of healing in different experimental conditions were studied , including the use of oxytocin and antibiotic. On the basis of an integrated morphofunctional study of posttraumatic tissue regeneration of maxillofacial area of experimental animals for the first time the authors defined the degree of histoblastic and organotypic heteromorphy (intra-and inter-differentiation). Oxytocin (especially in combination with antibiotic) optimizes the phase of inflammation in the area of traumatic injury by helping to create a histo-organotypic regenerates, which may be an evidentiary test of wound process and its therapeutic correction.
