In the article the structure of philosophical knowledge in "derivative" topic is marked out; problems and purposes of learning the differential calculus in mathematics at school is described; historical facts of establishment and development of differential calculus, which may be used in learning mathematics to form a correct scientific world picture of schoolchildren.

It was revealed that evident numerical and qualitative damages of microbiocenose condition of thick bowels of patients with salmonellosis are accompanied with synchronous change of local immunity characteristics in coprophiltrates and saliva.
