TRANSFORMATION OF BOG ECOSYSTEM PLANT COVER UNDER HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTING ON TAIGA ZONE TERRITORY IN WESTERN SIBERIA [№ 12 ' 2017]
Recent commercial development of the territory by oil and gas enterprises has caused critical necessity for the region to be deeper studied, to get reliable information about modern condition of investigated object that enables to predict possible changes of ecological situation under natural and anthropogenic factors. The greatest demonstration of hydrolithogenic processes resulted by human activity is vast zones of underflooding and drying-out due to surface flow direction changing or breaking. These processes become more active while linear features (highways) are being laid over bog complexes. At present time one of the most important problems of nature management is to analyze human activity impact on the environment at the regional and local levels. Negative effects due to linear features constructing are among understudied problems. Plant cover changes of the underfloodings of different age have been investigated. The connection between space and time organization of underflooding bog geosystems is determined with changing of plant cover composition and its projective cover. It indicates environment changes and can be used for monitoring functioning of anthropogenic wetlands resulted from linear features constructing. Recovering of original plant communities broken by highway constructing does not occur as surface flow is disturbed. Recorded time and chorologic characteristics of that associated row of forest-bog systems broken by linear features, their disturbance degree and their reaction to hydrologic regime fluctuations allow predicting the degree of plant cover transformation under intensive anthropologic impact.

VEGETATION AND PLANT MATTER OF RAISED BOGS IN FOREST-STEPPE ZONE IN THE SOUTH OF WESTERN SIBERIA [№ 3 ' 2017]
The forest-steppe zone within the Novosibirsk region of Western Siberia was surveyed. The following typical mire ecosystems in close contact with each other are functioning: oligotrophic pine-dwarf shrub-Sphagnum raised bogs (ryams), reed floodplains and mesotrophic fens around secondary lakes in ryams. Calculation of the productive parameters of the pine stand was calculated using young model trees. Photosynthesizing mass of pine trees was 120 g/m2, above-ground lignified organs — 344 g/m2 with trunks contributed of 66 %, and the trunk stock under the moss cover was 64 g/m2. The stock of dead branches was 19 g/m2. The total stock of above-ground mass of trees was estimated as 464 g/m2, with contribution of pine trees in the total aboveground phytomass of 36 % in ryams. Pine primary production was calculated as the sum of the current year needles and shoots and reached 47 g/m2 a year, ie 14 % of the total aboveground production in the ryam. In all types of mire ecosystems the phytomass, mortmass and net primary production were evaluated. Stocks of aboveground biomass varied from 300 to 2,200 g/m2, below-ground phytomass — from 1,200 to 4,200 g/m2. Net primary production varied from 500 to 3,000 g/m2 a year, minimal production is produced in oligotrophic ryams, and maximal production is produced in mesotrophic and eutrophic mires. Phytomass stocks and production were estimated for dwarf-shrub, grass and moss layers. Value of standing crop is similar in the studied ecosystems and estimated as 4,133 g/m2 in fens, 4,032 g/m2 in floodplains, and 3,681 g/m2 in the ryam.

ESTIMATION OF THE CONDITION OF THE VEGETATIVE COVER INUNDATED THE RIVERS HUNDELEN EKOSISTEM HUNDELEN — HOYTU — GOL (UBSNUR HOLLOW, MONGOLIA) [№ 10 ' 2015]
In article results of routing inspection of a vegetative cover the flood plain river Hundelen of territory aimag Ulaangom, Mongolia, in Ubsunur hollow territory of submitted. As a result of the lead researches the degree of degradation of pastures in пойме the rivers is determined. It is established, that operation of a pasture will not be coordinated to a mode of correct use.

STATE REGULATION OF ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF POWER ENGINEERING [№ 10 ' 2005]
The system of modern management poorly takes into account interactions in a triad of becoming aggravated economic, ecological and social problems. Sharply and actually there is a two-uniform problem: harmonizations of these interactions so that to reduce their different direction in interrelation and interconditionality, and definitions of an optimum of state regulation and market self-organizing for achievement of steady development of power engineering as life supporting system.
