ON THE PROBLEM OF STEPHANOTIS FLORIBUNDA BRONGN. INTRODUCTION IN GREENHOUSE CONDITIONS [№ 8 ' 2017]
An interesting features of stephanotis, including intensive growth, decorative effect of shoots, leaves, inflorescences, which giving rise for research in greenhouse conditions. The aim of the research was to study the adaptive capabilities of the Stephanotis floribunda Brongn., Asclepiadaceae family, in greenhouse conditions. The object of the study was Stefanotis floribunda Brongn. from the collection of the Educational and Scientific Plant-growing Center of the Scientific Research Institute of Ecology of the North, SSU. To study the characteristics of the rhythm of growth and development, the experimental plant was placed in the interior near the window of the south-eastern exposition; observations were carried out for 9 months (November-August). Decision was based on data of several indicators: the linear dimensions of the annual increment of shoots, the size of growths of internodes and the size of leaves by months, the development of generative shoots. It is noted that stephanotis, according to the seasonal rhythm of development, is a long-vegetating evergreen liana with winter semi-resting state. Flowering can be seen in the spring-summer period. The assessment of the introduction stephanotis received 65 points and it can be the prospective use in vertical greening of interiors. It was observed the habit of the preservation, regularity of growth, decorative effect and shoot-forming ability, the possibility of artificial vegetative reproduction.

TOWARDS THE QUESTION OF THE INTRODUCTION OF LEATHER BERGENIA IN CONDITIONS OF KHANTY-MANSI AUTONOMOUS AREA — UGRA [№ 10 ' 2015]
The article is devoted to the analysis of some aspects of leather bergenia introduction in conditions of Surgut, namely, it considers the dynamics of photosynthetic pigments of chloroplast and heavy metals content in green leaves of bergenia at different stages of seasonal development. The content of green pigments in leaves varied during the vegetative period in the range from 0.58 to 0.69 mg/g with an accumulation maximum in summer months. Throughout the vegetative period gradual strengthening of the share of chlorophyll "a" was noticed, its level exceeded the level of chlorophyll "b" 1.5–3.0 times. The content of yellow plastid pigments throughout the entire period of research was considerably inferior to the level of chlorophyll. So, the maximum value of the share of carotinoids was 0.39 mg/g during vegetation. The assimilating bodies of bergenia participate in accumulation of chlorophyll, carotinoids, and low concentration of chemical elements indicates their main accumulation in fabrics of the root system. Thus, the content of photosynthetic pigments in green leaves of bergenia throughout the entire period of supervision varied with an accumulation maximum during vegetation. Low concentrations of the analyzed heavy metals at different stages of seasonal development are in green leaves of bergenia at the level, characteristic for uncontaminated places of growth. Specific features and differentiation of bodies of a plant to accumulation of these elements are also noted.

INTRODUCTION POSSIBILITIES OF MOUSE HYACINTH IN CONDITIONS OF TAIGA ZONE IN TYUMEN REGION [№ 4 ' 2008]
Biological peculiarities of 11 species, grades and forms of Muscari Mill genus in conditions of taiga zone in Tyumen region were researched in this article. Phonological observations which involved the whole cycle of plants development were conducted. Morphogenesis on two model species in conditions of culture was regarded in this work. Coefficient of seed production of Muscari genus representatives was determined here. And also availability and stability of Muscari for practical using in city landscape gardening were established.
