INFLUENCE OF IONIC-PLASMIC COVER APPLIED AT THE TEMPERATURE OF PHASE TRANSFORMATIONS ON FATIGUE RESISTANCE OF STEEL 20 EXAMPLES [№ 10 ' 2007] The influence of ionic-plasmic cover (TiN) on fatigue resistance of steel 20 examples is studied in this article. Ionic-plasmic cover was applied both as at temperature of phase transformations as at temperature differed at the temperature of phase transformations. It is shown that maximal fatigue resistance of steel 20 examples takes place in a case of ionic-plasmic cover applying at the temperature of phase transformation (727°С).

A.N.Polyakov, A.A.Terentyev EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF CNC LATHE THERMODYNAMIC CONDITION. [№ 3 ' 2000] This article represents the experimental research results of CNC lathe (mod. 16 B 16 T1) thermodynamic condition. The aim of this research was to determine lathe thermodynamic condition at different regimes of lathe idling. The experiment was carried out for three frequencies of spindle assembly rotations: 200 min-1, 800 min-1 and 2000 min-1. Temperature and movement indices on x and y axes were fixed at lathe heating and cooling. Two effects were fixed: "temperature flash" - after sa stop and "temperature failure" while restarting.
